The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a small bedroom with a 55 x 79 inch (140 cm x 200 cm) bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique property, with a history as an artist's home. Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people. Towels, dishcloths, duvets, bed linens, and firewood for the cozy wood-burning stove.

A lovely kitchen-dining room with access to an old but cozy garden room, from which you can enjoy the beautiful garden. It takes approx. 15 minutes to walk into the center of Randers. If you drive into Randers, it is cheap to park next to the bus station = DKK 7/hour.
