Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. In the kitchen there is a fridge, hot plates, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bath, which is next to the tiny house. You can use the backyard.

Grønmark is our small one-room apartment and is located on the first floor of the main house. Equipped with a small kitchenette with a double bed, small sitting area and separate bathroom with walk-in shower area, it offers you everything you need. From the 2 large windows in the sloping roof you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea, which is right outside the door. Wi-Fi and TV are provided A travel bed can be provided on request

The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

In the summer of 2021, our second holiday home has been completed. Again, we have done everything we could to set up the house both stylish and child-friendly. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer diverse play opportunities such as swing, trampoline and football goals. We have put a lot of effort into setting it up, and hope you enjoy it.
