The house was newly renovated in the winter of 2024/25 and furnished with a spacious sofa and corner bench for games, dinners and family fun. From the whole house, there is the most beautiful 180-degree view of the Little Belt. Around the house, there is a lawn and 2 terraces, with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. From the house, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Just past the house, the Alsstien also passes, which is a marked hiking route along the coast and through forests on the island of Als.

For the children, there are swings, chess, petanque, badminton, nets, croquet, high chair, crib. 500 m to the beach and marina. Superb area, nice to walk/hike with great views of the fjord. Just by the gendarme path ( hiking trail)

The large wooden terrace by the house means that you can find space in the sun at all times of the day, as well as enjoy your morning coffee while the ships sail past on Flensborgfjord. The light, the water and the beautiful nature are absolutely magical in this part of Sydals. Walking and cycling, fishing, kayaking and dinghy sailing and kite surfing are popular activities.

Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in the summer. There is a short distance to a good beach and nature area. Possibility of coastal fishing and kayaking. Firewood for the wood stove is NOT included.

The terrace is enclosed, so children and dogs are safe. The house has 3 bedrooms and a sauna. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower niche, and washing machine. 400 meters to a family-friendly bathing beach. Skovby is 3 km away and marks the end of the Gendarme Path.

Dejligt lyst sommerhus med køkken i åben forbindelse med stuen, som har brændeovn og udgang til overdækket terrasse. Huset har 3 soveværelser. Et lille badeværelse med wc, håndvask og bruseniche. Vaskemaskine forefindes i tilbygningen. Omkring huset er der flere terrasser, så solen kan nydes hele dagen. Der er en dejlig have med fodboldmål, trampolin samt andet. Sommerhuset ligger på en stor naturgrund ca. 400 meter fra dejlig badestrand.
