In the kitchen there is also a dining area. 2 bedrooms and living room. Private bathroom with shower. Free parking in the carport at the front door or in the courtyard. It is about 3 km to the nearest store and eatery. 150 m to the bus stop. Possibility of laundry and drying for a fee. For 2 guests, only 1 bedroom is available.

The apartment is located on a small private riding stable on the steep coast of Langballigholz and in the immediate vicinity of the fishing port, the Flensburg Fjord, bathing beaches and the city of Flensburg. Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.
