Family-friendly vacation rentals in Sweetwater

We spent 3 days here for a girls trip. Great location, the place offered an amazing view of the beach, ocean, swimming pools and the canal. We took so many photos on the balcony. We could enjoy all the restaurants and amenities of the FountainBleau hotel, the food and drinks were amazing, a little on the pricey side, but in line with what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The entire resort is very lively and vibrant, there’s always music at the adult pool. There was a slight problem with cleaning the fridge right when we arrived, but housekeeping was very responsive. They immediately came and cleaned it. Overall, a great experience, I would totally recommend this place for your vacation.

We stayed at Rachel and Michael’s place for 10 days and enjoyed every single one of them. The location is beautiful and in a fantastic, safe area. The facilities were top-notch, and the historical charm of the home made it even more special. Rachel went above and beyond—she even stocked the place with food and snacks for our arrival, which made us feel instantly at home. The hosts were so welcoming and thoughtful throughout our stay. We've visited this area before, but this is by far the best place we've ever stayed. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Central location for the activities we wanted to do: visit the Keys, Miami, and Everglades. some good restaurants nearby our favorite was the Brazilian Steak House. The back yard with pool. tub and BBQ was out favorite part of the house for our three teenagers

We had an amazing stay at Lorelei‘s gorgeous 21st floor apartment. The space is beautifully updated with great built-in storage, making it both stylish and functional. The location was also incredible super walkable plenty of fantastic restaurants and shops not far away. The balcony had incredible views of coconut Grove and offers a great work from home haven !! Will be staying again!!

This condo was exactly what we saw in the photos! The condo was very clean and had an amazing smell. The VIEWS were incredible. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with walls of windows. You not only have an amazing beach views, you have incredible views of the city. You can see all the way to downtown and the cruise port! I highly recommend booking this place. Michael was an amazing host. He was very prompt to respond to my emails. The only thing I would recommend in the unit would be adding some curtains in the bedroom to block out some of the lights that come in from the cracks in between the shades. Other than that the unit was amazing and I am already looking to book again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Frank and Ralph went above and beyond as hosts. Upon arrival, we were greeted in person and taken on a tour, getting all the details on amenities. Their responsiveness throughout our trip was fast and efficient, and we felt comfortable and safe staying in their home. The house was stocked with everything we could need, including the kitchen and bathrooms. They even included an abundance of beach gear. We could not have been more taken care of. As for the house itself, we were in paradise. The palms fan over the backyard, providing lovely shade and paradise. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous, and the poolside chairs were great for tanning! Inside was super clean and tidy, and all of the furniture and decorations were elegant and fun. The location is amazing, minutes from everything on Wilton Drive I highly recommend anyone to stay here. The house was gorgeous, and our hosts were very welcoming and enthusiastic.

Place and view are amazing. Perfect location in downtown Brickell. Everything’s walkable would 100 percent stay again!

Blake’s place was just amazing. Exactly as listed and clean. Blake was easy to communicate with and friendly. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do their own thing but also spend time with each other. The pool and hot tub were amazing, but my favorite spot was the sun room! Highly recommend Blake’s place if you’re looking in the Ft Lauderdale area!

Great stay! The place was just as described: clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We even saw a peacock, which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend!

The house was absolutely perfect! We stayed in their home and loved every minute. The gardens and pool area were beautiful and very relaxing. They have a very dog friendly house and yard. The hosts were incredibly responsive and very helpful. The house was comfortable and perfect for our family.

Maria’s house was absolutely perfect! The place was super clean and clearly newly renovated — everything felt fresh, modern, and comfortable. You can tell she takes great care of the home. It had all the essentials and more. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami!

The property was pristine. I highly recommend booking. You will not regret it. Kid friendly as well. The backyard is very spacious. One word to describe the backyard would be perfect! The family and kitchen area were absolutely great! This place has everything you need and more! There were restaurants and convenience stores just minutes away. The neighborhood is very quiet as in the neighbors. One thing I loved waking up to were the peacocks. They were beautiful. The host is very responsive. Experience it for yourself!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, great instructions, easy to reach hosts

David & Josh’s space was very comfortable, quiet and peaceful. There was a blender listed in the amenities, and we had checked for it and there wasn’t one. So they went out of their way to order one for us that arrived the next day. Super accommodating and attentive.

Robert is an exceptional host, incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is conveniently close to Wilton Manors and shopping areas, making it a great choice for a memorable experience. I highly recommend this place.

The best part about this unit is the host (Maria). She is wonderful in terms of helping and accommodating, and went as far as to go out of her way to give me a ride. I was there for a family emergency and she was very compassionate and helpful. This is my second stay and I’ll be returning to this place when the time comes. Nice, cozy, well taken care of place with all the basics. Great for an individual or a couple.

The place is comfortable, quiet and we especially liked its proximity to the beach and having parking included. Additionally, it has a common area for laundry. The apartment also has a dishwasher and chairs and an umbrella for use on the beach. I would definitely go back on my next vacation.

Absolutely lovely :) Paola welcomed us with fresh mangoes from her garden - by far the best we’ve ever eaten! The cottage itself is simply stunning; if we come back to Miami, we’ll definitely book here again.

Franco's place was perfect for our shopping trip! Target within short walking distance and you can even walk to Dadeland Mall which made life very simple. Apartment was clean and spacious for 4 of us with all the amenities needed in it. Very happy we chose Franco's place.

Best Airbnb in Miami! The space was really comfortable. The open patio from the bedroom straight to the pool really gave vacation vibes. Pool was perfect with lots of lovely outdoor seating for meals or relaxing time. A 5 minute walk to the grocery store. Quiet bedroom. Very convenient if going to MIA or Tri rail. So pleased with this experience- thank you!

Phenomenal. A little oasis. Veronica is extremely helpful and communicative. The place was clean and thoughtfully curated - probably the homiest place I've lived in. Enjoyed my 6 weeks here immeasurably. The outside area and quiet neighborhood, easily accessible to other areas were the highlights. Vero & Eric are very friendly and I always felt comfortable with them. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
