Mr. Franklin's house is located in a very nice and safe place. The pool is kept at a pleasant temperature and is clean, and everything in general is very clean and organized. We loved EVERYTHING. I recommend this house wholeheartedly.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our trip. Just a heads-up for future guests: while the house itself is great, it took us about an hour to get to places like Downtown or South Beach because of traffic. Miami traffic has definitely gotten worse, so plan ahead if you have places to be. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

The host was very responsive and proactive about communication. We received check-in instructions in a timely manner, the home was clean and well-kept, and there were plenty of supplies in kitchen along with towels and bedding for other areas of the home. I especially appreciated that the host reached out when it was discovered that my friend's daughter left her iPad behind. This kind of integrity is very much appreciated. The only note I feel I must say is that the tiles by the pool area along with the posts where the pool fence get placed definitely need to be addressed (not the presence of the posts themselves, but the fact that some of them no longer had the protective covering on the top). I did mention this to the host, and she responded quickly and advised that they would be sure to have maintenance review the issue. I would recommend staying here, or at any properties managed by this host.

Andrea had been a wonderful host to my family coming from out of state! Even communicating between two parties throughout the stay where everyone was understood and made clear. Would highly recommend!

My family traveled to Miami for my son's college graduation and this place was perfect! It was roomy enough for everyone to have their own space but cozy enough for us all to gather for dinner or chatting. The best part was Nadia's responsiveness! We had a change of plans and needed to move his graduation bbq to the property and not only did Nadia allow this (for a very reasonable fee) but she also came to the property with very short notice and provided decorations that she helped set up! My family enjoyed the property and I definitely plan to book again the next time I am in the area!

Carlos & Marta were great host that went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent and comfortable stay! The added extras were such a nice touch and the chalkboard with the greeting was very sweet! All of the games they had were fun to play and gave us great quality time with each other. Belle’s place felt like home, and honestly one of the best I’ve stayed in. It was very comfortable and she had thought of so many nice extras. The balcony outside the master bedroom was perfect for morning coffee and the closets and beautiful bathrooms were spacious. The sofa had an automatic reclining feature that was awesome for watching Netflix. And the view was so nice! The back yard was pleasant for watching the ducks and other birds. Belle was pleasant to work with and I would definitely stay at her place again. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It was so quiet and peaceful and on a lovely street. It was located very close to everything we had planned during our stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed and Santiago was very quick to respond to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to soon.

Beautiful home, very easy to get in touch with the host. The propane tank on the grill was empty and we had a replacement within an hour. The pool and hot tub were great too!

Olympia House has been one of my favorite homes booked through Airbnb! Francisco and team were great with everything. They made my mother’s 50th birthday so memorable! They accommodated all of our requests and were very responsive whenever we needed anything. Definitely recommend. 10/10 experience!
