You will love the neighborhood that is very walkable with beautiful lakes along your way.

This was my first ever stay in an airbnb and Zeus Royalty made it hard to top! The home is kept clean, the bed is cozy, and the area is filled with convince. Any issues or questions were immediately addressed. I never felt worried about being in someone else’s space. Truly a home away from home. I will definitely be back to enjoy another stay!

Regina was friendly and helpful host, and we had a wonderful stay. She went above and beyond to help us with local recommendations. I was very grateful that she had bikes and her tandem kayak available for us to borrow to explore the area. We would love to return again to see the manatees!

Wonderful place, amazing people. The apartment had everything we needed. My husband is a stroke surviver with a lot of mobility issues and Jo and Darrel were so accommodating for our special needs. We were here for 3 months, and I wish we didn't have to leave. This has become my new happy place. It is so peaceful and yet mere minutes away from anything you could need. Absolutely love the area and my evening walks around the neighborhood. My soul found much needed peace on the bench swing overlooking the lake. The only negative I could find (and a small one at that) is the lane is very rough to drive in, so be cautious. But honestly, it adds to the charm of the place. It became a joke for us as my hubby would overexagerate the bumps as we drove in and out. Our stay here was perfect in every way. Don't hesitate to book here. Whether it is just a week or several months. You'll love it!

Russell was for sure one of the most responsive and accommodating host I’ve had. From the moment we got there, and a little chance interaction we had on the second day, he was welcoming, gave amazing restaurant recommendations that only a local would know, and responded within minutes to any inquiry. The home was clean and everything we needed for a quick, 2 day beach getaway. This Airbnb is literally minutes away from Anastasia State Park’s beaches, which was a big selling point for us as well. Don’t hesitate to book here!

I absolutely loved Jennifer’s place! The horses out back were so awesome and my kids were so excited. How unique that was! The location was great, very quiet area but just a short drive to whatever you need. We were in town to see my father who has recently been placed on hospice, so a not so great reason. But the home and awesome neiggghhhhbors 🐎 made it more comfortable for us. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing 4-night stay at Tyler’s Airbnb in SW Ocala — and honestly, we could have stayed 40! The home was immaculately clean, down to the smallest detail, and the beautiful backyard was the perfect place to relax. Tyler is a thoughtful and gracious host who truly thought of everything, and we especially appreciated how welcoming he was to our pet. It felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend!

The stay was absolutely amazing! The darts were missing or broken but upon messaging the owners they immediately bought more and we were able to enjoy the game! They were always very quick to respond!

We came into town for just a few days away from Ohio. It was a quick drive to manatees. Also very close to a great downtown area with restaurants and bars. The pool area was even better than we expected! Beds were comfy and the place was very clean. We loved our “Zen” time!

This is our second time grabbing a place from Denise and always can’t wait to come back the next trip! She hits it right on the money every time!!! Can’t beat it

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Williston thanks to Amber. The instructions on check in day were crystal clear and Amber was very proactive in anticipating our needs. She noticed we had an infant and offered to bring us a high chair for her. As for the home, there were a lot of touches that made our stay enjoyable from the complimentary charcuterie board to the guest book and the views of the horses. It had to be one of the cleanest air bnbs that I’ve stayed in as well. You can’t beat the views with the horses! Amber was kind enough to show us the horses and teach us a little bit about them on our last day. It was the perfect way to wrap up our trip. I would book here again without hesitation!

The house was perfect lots of room very clean everything that you should have when you need to go somewhere and stay away from home . I used it for my nephew from Michigan and his family in order to attend my daughter’s wedding and everything was perfect.

Only stayed two nights, but this condo was perfect for me! Felt very homey, comfy sofas, great TV. The A/C kept the whole place cool during some very hot temps! I slept well, it was very quiet. The dedicated parking spot nearby was great I also liked the Keurig and coffee provided! A 10 minute drive to Atlantic Beach restaurants and bars. Very nice!

I had just stayed at this amazing bnb!! I would like to say it was very clean, very modern, it fulfilled my expectations I had while I had my birthday in Florida. Elese had gone above and beyond…not only make it homie but a place you’d wannabe and stay. Elese is an amazing host even when your there she’s just a text away. If your looking at the place this is it!!

Theresa’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Her home is just a few minutes away from all the good things like food, shops, and the beach. Her communication was also great! Had a relaxing stay at her home where the neighborhood was very quiet, that was a plus! We look forward to coming back again to St. Simon’s Island and we recommend Theresa’s home to anyone!

For a fresh Airbnb, this location was clean, tidy and welcoming. Neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. The bed is fine, the floor was clean. The host was welcoming, helpful and very responsive. The level of hospitality was amazing. They even offered me to join with them for breakfast or were ready to help me with my luggage. Yes, this is a fresh bnb, but they are heading into the right direction! Recommended!

I enjoy my stays at Lori's place. She is real, kind and easy to live with. Her place is easy to get around, parking is easy and the amenities are accurate.
