Our front yard is the Santa Fe River. Come enjoy a nature retreat in this cypress log home! Right by Tree House spring and nestled between two state parks, but less than five minutes to downtown. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

Upstairs features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Close to everything, a million miles away....... Down the two-track driveway, past the view of the nearest neighbors, our new custom cabin awaits. Rest easy on the screened porch, with its view of the two-acre lake or cross the adjacent foot bridge to the island. Fish for bass and bream, stroll the walking path, paddle around and enjoy the wildlife, or just relax far from the madding crowd. This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. We are about three miles up the coast from Keaton Beach. Known for scalloping! Three open bays for your vehicles. Boat launch one block away. Beautiful sunsets, stargazing, birding, reading, fishing and scalloping during the season.
