Vacation rentals with a kayak in Suwannee River

Me and my family had a beautiful stay here, when fishing in the gulf and saw many dolphins and wildlife. We really appreciated the nice boat ramp as well. We can’t wait to visit again!

Loved staying at the river house! Michael was great- super responsive, very easy directions to find the place. We did a “screen free” long weekend with our 2 kiddos and this place was perfect. Very clean! Had everything we needed - TONS of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Kitchen had great stock of cooking supplies, pots, bowls, utensils and spices. Ample laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid. Kids loved playing on the basketball hoop, using their scooters on the driveway and grilling hotdogs at the fire pit. Kayaks were great- our kids are little so we didn’t get far but they had everything you need- various paddles, life vests and easy set up to get the kayaks down to the dock. Boat slip for kayak was AWESOME!!! Would absolutely stay here again - lots of great memories made playing board games at the kitchen table, cooking delicious meals in the kitchen and enjoying the backyard and river. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and private retreat.

Michael and his sweet dogs were amazing hosts!! Absolutely peaceful and beautiful country home with a lovely well kept garden and large shaded front porch to enjoy your coffee on in the mornings. Michael made checking in late night a breeze and had the lights on for us when we arrived. It is like a hug from back home at “mamas” as soon as you walk in. He has provided everything you could need. There are 3 full sized bedrooms with comfy beds and a big kitchen to cook for your family. We enjoyed talking with Michael and playing with the dogs, he even gave us some local made sausages to grill with our burgers that were fantastic. We can’t wait to come back for a visit. Located near gorgeous springs as well. Book this home, you won’t want to leave. Thank you Michael, see you again soon.

This is our second time coming to Brock’s beautiful place in the summer. The kids absolutely love being able to go out in the springs any time of the day. We love to eat at Swampys, going antique shopping, renting a boat, and most of all relaxing at this lovely home. We hope to be back next summer!

If you’re looking for peace and quiet look no further! We had such a good time it might have to be a regular staycation spot. The house has everything you need, just stock up on your favorite foods/snacks and your set. Neighbors are super friendly. We spent a decent amount of time fishing off the dock, not a single bug bite. Star gazing was amazing as there’s very little light pollution out here. 10/10 stay❤️

My husband and I stayed at Matt's Place and it didn't disappoint. It is exactly what he described in the details. We had our morning coffee on the pier to watch the beautiful sunrise and listen to nature waking up. Enjoyed some jacuzzi time and some BBQ. The Hammocks are a nice touch. Somehow I was under the impression it had a king or queens size bed, but the house is establish with 2 bunkbeds, which was perfectly fine and different. The location is sure "Nature pure" your are close to grocery stores and restaurants but when on the property it feels you are far away from everything. Kitchen was organized and equipped enough. We forgot charcoal but went to the local Publix to grab a bag...it was a very nice experience. Unique with the amenities Matt Offers...It was a warm welcome and easy access. We had a great trip here! House was great and supplied with everything you would need! The kids had a blast.

We had the best little vacation ever! Super close to the springs and cute towns nearby. Will definitely return!

Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

Nice little cottage tucked away and away from people very quiet and relaxing place charming cottage very clean and just big enough for two people Very easy process for our first air bnb and the owners were great to work with The yard was very nice for the dog he is older so it was just big enough for him to sniff. Location to get to things local is great and very good restaurants nearby Would recommend

Great hidden little gem! William has the place packed with everything you need for a quick get away trip! From kayaks, to crock pots. We even got a friendly visit from one of the baby alligators. Only thing i can suggest is making the house address numbers a little more visible from the road! And for other guest, make sure to shut the Florida room to help keep the place nice and cool. Thanks for the great stay!

We have a lovely stay at the blues bee cottage. Love the decoration!!! Very cozy and warming. It has everything you need and more. Looks exactly as the pictures. Very close to the light house and parks. Excellent communication with the host.

I really loved this property.The natural uncut woods and down to earth feel is what I loved.Every thing we needed was provided.Great coffee maker and large selection of flavors.Great space inside. Good Wi-Fi provided. Lots of games to play.Everything was ready and waiting.Big plus for me Laurie is a veteran.

“Peaceful” Bernadette place is perfect to unwind. Especially if you like to fish, it’s within steps from the cottage with its own private deck that’s surrounded by big Cypress Trees that provide lots of shade while you fish or just want to kick your shoes off and relax. The cottage was super cozy and clean the perfect setup to relax from every day busyness. Will definitely come back!

What a beautiful lake house just as shown. Very cozy & decor was amazing. The view is super & the sunsets are spectacular.

The place is private and very well stocked for all of your needs. Super clean and comfortable. Close to all the fun forest activities and springs as well as shopping and fun places to eat. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was amazing! Very tranquil and peaceful setting. We were made aware that recent storms had damaged some of the land, and surrounding sight seeing areas. House was comfy, felt like home. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings listening to nature, seeing fireflies, and star gazing. We will definitely go back!!

The place was clean, well-equipped, and beautiful. We were looking for a relaxing environment, and this place is. The kayaks available on the property are a plus for enjoying the river. Recommended

We found the house to be very clean and comfortable. It's in a very quiet neighborhood, but easy to get to stores and local attractions. We enjoyed a campfire and time on the screen porch. The access to the neighborhood park and the use of the golf cart and paddle boards added to the value. Overall it was a great spot for a family getaway.

We wanted a quiet weekend getaway for the family and this house was perfect! Beds were comfortable, house was spacious and the setting was serene. We would definitely go back!

Very Beary Cabin provided a beautiful and relaxing break from reality. Nancy is probably the best host I have ever worked with. I spent a ton of time in the swing, on the dock listening to the birds and relaxing with the beautiful view of Crystal Lake. We would definitely return!

This was the perfect getaway for a long weekend. The cabin was cozy and welcoming and had everything you could need amenity wise. We loved fishing off the covered dock and cruising the lake in the kayaks. Would recommend for friends or family vacation and will keep on the list for a return visit!

Cutest cabin ever! The cabin decor was a treat witin itself. Cabin was comfy with ample room for 2. Our host was fabulous and our dig received a warm welcome as well. She was always available, stayed in contact, friendly and very accommodating. She even went so far as to get us a grill, hotplate, and a pan for our stay. I wasn't sure about the location on the property as it faced the restaurant with the parking lot outside the door, but the eye for detail in the landscaping made it feel private. Although the restaurant gets busy, it was relatively quiet. This a must stay for a lovely getaway.
