Fully equipped, sunny 100m2 apartment with views in a modern, less then 10 years old building. 5 minutes walking or driving distance from everything: skiing, cross-country, hiking, shopping, lake, forests, train station (Glacier Express). Sehr schöne Wohnung. Im Winter kann auf der Strasse Eis liegen. Alles gut eingerichtet, praktikabel und gemütlich. Der Zugang ist nicht so schön, ansonsten alles perfekt.

We had a great stay at Walter’s studio apartment. The location is central and walkable which was exactly what we wanted for our visit. Although the walk from St Moritz train station to the studio apartment is less than a mile, I do not recommend walking if you have a suitcase larger than a carryon, opt for a taxi instead. The balcony and dining area views from Walter’s place are nothing short of spectacular! You’ll find yourself not wanting to draw the curtains because it is an absolutely stunning view.

We skied for 5 days at corviglia, corvatsch, and diavolezza. The location was perfect being ski in/ ski out to the signalbahn tram. The coop grocery store was a short walk away making it easy to make nice meals in the well stocked kitchen. The flat was amazing with really nice views and beautiful wood floors. You'll enjoy staying here especially if you are skiing.

Top Lage. Toller Grundriss, stilvolle Einrichtung und umfangreiche Ausstattung. Ruhig gelegen mit schöner Aussicht. Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Kommunikation. Unkomplizierter Zugang, CheckIn und Checkout. Sehr herzig war, dass für unseren Hund Matte, Decke, Näpfe und Goodies bereit standen. Gerne wieder!

Great place! Warm, cozy, the view is amazing and you get sun in the morning. The bath was great! 10 minutes walk to the ski lift and you can ski down + 5 mins (downhill) walk to get back. Big Coop in 10 minutes, where you can buy stuff to cook for dinner. Radiators were very convenient to dry ski clothes after a day in slopes. Also adjustable in case you want to lower or raise the temperature. Big living room, but sound insulation isn't great between bedrooms. However if you go to bed/wake up around the same time, this is perfectly fine. Hosts were always helpful, friendly and quick to response when we had questions. The only downside is we didn't get the ski room key (apparently because the owner took it by accident). But it's only one flight of stairs to flat so wasn't that huge of a deal. If you really care about the ski room, make sure to double check before you check in

My husband and I stayed here for three nights while travelling around the lakes for our honeymoon. The check in was simple, and upon arrival we were blown away by the view. Wow! We arrived on a glorious day and couldn’t wait to get into the lake and lie in the sun. Inside, the house was just as described and equally as beautiful. We were greeted by a fresh arrangements of flowers and a wonderfully stocked fridge which was again perfect after a long day travelling. We walked into the town on a couple of occasions and drove to Lecco on another. All easy and straight forward. We didn’t use the sauna, but it looked clean and easy to use. On our second morning we were treated to fresh croissants left by our car, which were delicious. Especially as lots of places were closed for the bank holiday Monday (republic day). Cinzia’s place was absolutely stunning and did not disappoint us.
