There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The Runloda farmhouse (1500 masl), located in a beautiful area of larches, is 4 km from Campo Blenio, reachable by car. The farmhouse was completely renovated in 2021. There is an attic (with 3 beds), a living floor with kitchen, dishwasher and a bunk bed, on the lower floor shower, toilet, washer and dryer. The farmhouse is heated by pellets. No smoking and no pets allowed. Tourist tax not included

Relax with the whole family and four-legged friends in this quiet accommodation. Casa Angelica is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and a private fenced garden. The cozy atmosphere is guaranteed not to fall short, thanks to the fireplace, natural panorama and the rushing stream right behind the house. Dogs are welcome.
