The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 coffee machines (filter & Nespresso), toaster, cheese fondue set, and even a popcorn maker. Unfortunately it doesn't have a dishwasher (yet). The balcony has great views! And the fireplace adds even more charm.

In summer, you start hikes and bike tours for all ages and levels of difficulty directly from the house. From the balcony you enjoy breathtaking views of the Surselva valley and surrounding mountain peaks

New: with heated bathtub (hot pot/pool) in the outdoor area. Note: In winter, it can only be reached on foot from Siat (about 1 ½ hours).

Beautiful, homely furnished studio with kitchen/bathroom, TV, WiFi and washing machine for 2 people. Ideal for those who like hiking,biking and experiencing nature. Or just enjoy the beautiful mountain village and the surroundings and relax. Schlans is located at 1147m above sea level and it is also called the Surselva sun terrace. In the village there is a wonderful garden stain with regional cuisine. We are a family with 3 children and are happy to be there as a contact person:)
