Sunny, quiet gem with a view in FLIMS-DORF

The renovated, very comfortable, modern and large 2 1/2 room apartment is located in the middle of the original village center. It is only about 6 minutes to the mountain railways (summer and winter operation) and only 1 minute to the Flims-Post postbus station or the free shuttle. Bakeries, supermarkets, Stenna Center, butchers and many good restaurants are within a 1 to 6-minute walk. An underground parking space with direct access to the lift and a large, clean ski/bike room are available.

In 2004 I got the chance to design my own family's week-end house in the village Pigniu. This fabulous place at 1300 meters above sea in the Surselva Region of Graubünden province, above the Town Ilanz, was well-known to me, for my parents owned an old farmhouse until the 1980ies here. The Spiral shaped chalet has the form of a band, changing from concrete in the base to wooden shingles upwards. The house is designed to connect us to the landscape we love. You will heat with chopped wood.

The apartment is ideally furnished for holidays and can accommodate 5-6 people (3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the cable cars. In winter, you can drive up to the front door. In summer you can directly reach the most beautiful hiking and mountain bike routes.

Take it easy at this cozy getaway above Brigels. The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house and is a new building. It is very cozy and bright and has everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and induction stove. It is suitable for 2 people. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the house in winter and about 8 minutes in summer. In summer, the guest card with many discounts is included

Casa la Runtga is in a wonderful location with fantastic views of Lake Laax, the village and the mountains. The lake resort, indoor pool, wellness, children's ski lift, ice skating and many leisure activities are within walking distance. The ski resort can also be reached in a few minutes by shuttle bus or car. The area offers very special hiking and biking trails. The treetop trail is one of the newest attractions and starts in close proximity.
