The large, bright 3.5 room apartment (85 m²) is located on the top floor of an apartment building (built in 2016) and can be booked as a vacation apartment starting in summer 2021. In summer, very good starting point for various hikes, bike and bike tours. Close to the Rhine. Great village shop, restaurant and large garden. In winter, you can reach five ski areas and countless opportunities for ski tours in about 20 minutes. Cross-country skiers have the trail right behind the house.

The house was newly built. The apartment is furnished in Alpine style. Various details are made with old wood, which makes the apartment unique and homely. The apartment has a very spacious entrance area, where electric grill and deck chairs are available for a cozy stay. The bedroom has a box-spring bed and wardrobe. The bathroom/toilet has a shower and sink with generous storage space. The washing machine can be used free of charge.

Sleeping in the house in the greenhouse, great view

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Sleeping in the greenhouse means being very close to the plants. A good bed awaits you and a warm stove lets you comfortably enjoy the time you spend with us. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.

A place to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Maiensäss REFUGI in Con Sut / Val Sumvitg for rent on a weekly basis. The Maiensäss can be reached by car up to about 500 m. (Driving permit must be obtained.) From the hamlet of Val it is about 45-minute walk away. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The Maiensäss can be rented weekly. Individual requests are also possible.

Large 2.5 room apartment right on the lake

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
