Vacation rentals with a patio in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

This condo is awesome. It was our first time in Panama City Beach and we will definitely go back. Chris and Cameron are extremely responsive and amazing hosts. The place is exactly as described in the post and what you see in the pictures is what it looks like. You can’t get closer to the beach and the area is great. Very quiet and clean gated community with a private beach (no public access). Beach was clean and absolutely amazing. The place is really close to some grocery stores, cvs and some really good restaurants. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quiet vacation.

The place was very beautiful looked better in person than the pictures… lots of pots, pans, and plates for those cooking.. LOTs of beach toys, house was very comfortable, comfy bed and couches

WARNING: “CEO” of property and property management were very unwelcoming. We were told that we could park our golf cart on the property, and then they immediately called a towing company and ridiculed my partner for the remainder of our stay. Other than that, our stay was great! The room was very nice and came with all amenities that were needed. The pool is very nice. The condo is in a great location on the beach. Our host, Michelle, was very nice! I’d definitely recommend staying with this host again.

We loved this Airbnb! Lee was a wonderful host. The location was perfect with the beach right across the street, the organic cafe next door, and other great beach towns in either direction. The condo was completely charming, spotless, and beautifully remodeled.

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Will’s place. The location is convenient to the beach and restaurants. The place was decorated well with everything we needed to feel comfortable as a family of four. They provided beach chairs and sand toys which we made use of. Overall this place exceeded my expectations and I’d definitely stay here again.

We have been staying at Pinnacle Port for years now…..and Cindy’s has now become one of our favorite condos!!! It’s was just perfect. Pictures were accurate. It was so clean. We will def be contacting Cindy in the future!!!

The most beautiful place!!!!! It’s even better in person than in the pictures! View is breathtaking and had me running to the balcony in the morning to see the view. Watching the sunset in the evening was one of our favorite things to do. The space was HUGE - way bigger than expected, extremely clean, and everything you would need for a stay. Everything is close and walkable. So many amenities, great gym, included parking, and chairs and umbrella. Truly the best experience we’ve had at an air bnb. We hope to visit often! The hosts very clear instructions and responsiveness made check in and the entire process beyond easy. There were tons of recommendations and our only regret was not booking longer! One of a kind stay!

We LOVE the Bungalow. Could not recommend it more to couples visiting 30A. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - morning, afternoon, and night. The inside was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. Felicia is a great host!

We love the Airbnb , we had a wonderful vacation, our host we’re amazing very helpful always responsive to our text message when we had questions. We recommend this Airbnb it’s very beautiful and spacious inside and clean.

The house was amazing. We loved every minute of it and it had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short and had a great grocery store at the end of the road very close to an awesome donut place as well. Our host communicated perfectly, and if there were any issues, she was there to help. The neighborhood is up and coming and can’t wait to see what it’s gonna look like in the next six months to a year. Beautiful house would stay again.

We just spent 5 nights here and it was FANTASTIC from beginning to end! We liked it so much we actually tried to extend our stay but unfortunately for us the house was already booked. Everything was exactly like stated if not better. The layout was perfect, clean and bright. Location, perfect! Block and a half walk to the beach. Everything you would need is within 3 miles either direction from the home. The dog beach is only 1 mile or so down the road if you have pets and the doggie door in the house was a great surprise! We are now going to get one for our home. Trevor was very responsive. We will definitely come back. Thank you Trevor!

Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

The location was perfect, especially considering how close it was to Seaside. The beach was also very accessible which was definitely the best part! Overall, the location & accessibility along with the cleanliness of the room made it such an enjoyable trip!

The apartment was great and exactly what we were looking for. Clean, new, baby friendly and the location was perfect with so much to do right outside! Walkable to nearby beaches & pavilions. Communication was also amazing, providing local recommendations and very easy to get in touch with.

Staying at Kim’s place was wonderful! My husband and I were there for only one night, but I wish we could’ve stayed longer. I LOVED how the condo was decorated! It felt like a calming, peaceful, retreat. Kim is super easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend staying here!

Eric’s place is decorated beautifully. The view of the beach is top notch and our kids loved all three pools! Being on the 3rd floor made it super easy to use stairs and not wait for elevators. Eric’s unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. I will say OUTSIDE of his unit, through out the condo, smelt like cigarette smoke, which we did not like. All in all, it was a nice stay and conveniently located to lots of good restaurants and shopping!

Our family had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend. Kim was super fast to respond. She provided awesome suggestions for the area and the room was perfect for our family. My wife enjoyed all of the organization, thoughtful items if you left something, and clear communication. This place deserves more than 5 stars. Highly recommend!
