Vacation rentals with a patio in Laguna Beach

Love the place ! Super Close to the beach and many more things to do around the area. Kat was really nice and quickly responded any question We had. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great weekend at Yana’s! The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Everything is updated and clean. The beds are wonderful and the bedding and towels are very nice. The view of the lake is amazing and the area is peaceful. We were able to get to either PCB or 30A area within minutes. We enjoyed the privacy and being away from the main PCB traffic but still having restaurant and beach options. Great stay!

Had a great Memorial Day weekend at John’s place. Incredible water and beach view. Condo was adorable and perfect for 2. We’ll be back!

Very nice and easy access to the beach.

How often do you get to wake up and look out at a beautiful sunrise over the ocean from your own bed? This place was absolutely spectacular! The balcony alone made our entire trip. It’s enormous and looks right out over the beach and the crystal blue water. We talked until nightfall and even got to see a shooting star over a dark, star-filled sky. The rooms are huge and offered plenty of privacy for everyone. Even the washer and dryer were whisper quiet and it was so nice to come home with a suitcase full of clean clothes for a change. The place was spotless, the beds and linens were comfy, and the Wi-Fi and tvs all worked great. The beach is wonderful and the beach service attendant was very, very nice. The heated pool was a big hit too. We saved a lot of money cooking in the huge kitchen which was great because PCB has excellent restaurants, shopping, and so much for our teenagers to do. And, most importantly, the area was very family friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved this Airbnb! Lee was a wonderful host. The location was perfect with the beach right across the street, the organic cafe next door, and other great beach towns in either direction. The condo was completely charming, spotless, and beautifully remodeled.

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, spacious, and just what we needed for a weeks long get away. It was a nice walk to local beach access, and we felt like it was just far enough outside of the “city” to be a peaceful and low key vacation. The neighborhood was tidy and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool on our days off of the beach & our mornings spent on the screened in porch.

Place was amazing; comfortable beds and pillows, cozy living area, pool was clean. Very short walk to the beach as well. Would book again no doubt.

Our stay was great! Eddie’s house was comfortable and clean. It is also a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to Pier Park. The beaches were not too crowded at this end of the beach, we had a wonderful time. We look forward to our next trip to Panama City Beach and will stay again!

Adorable home situated in a secluded neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. The screened back porch was my favorite part of this home. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated that this host ensures clean linens including a freshly washed comforter. You will not be disappointed.

We had such a wonderful stay at Jonathan and Brad’s place in Panama City Beach! The home was incredibly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully organized. Every detail was clearly planned with the guest’s comfort in mind — from the layout to the amenities, everything felt intentional and welcoming. I didn’t even have to worry about picking up basic cooking essentials; the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the beach with not one but two nearby beach access points. We really appreciated the extra touches like the beach chairs, umbrella, and all the beach gear ready to go. It made our beach days effortless and enjoyable. Jonathan and Brad were super responsive and made us feel right at home. The area was peaceful and quiet — a perfect escape from the busy downtown scene, but still just a short drive away when we wanted to explore. Thank you for hosting us and we will definitely be back!! :)

Stayed here with our family of four and it was a great experience. We have two toddlers and the beds worked great for them. Everything was clean and well kept. The house is 7 mins from Aly’s beach, 10 mins from 30A restaurants and 12 mins from PCB shopping. It was a great stay.

Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

We stayed at Preston and Sarah Kate’s for Memorial Day weekend with our 1 year old and we had an amazing time. I was so impressed by how detailed all of the instructions were and the convenience of have a site we can refer to that answered an questions we would have, including local recommendations. The best part of all is that this place is literally across the street from the beach entrance and has a quiet area reserved for guests. Preston and Sarah Kate have everything you’ll need for the beach which makes it super convenient for traveling without the worry of overpacking or buying things you’ll only need once. Can’t recommend this place more! Look forward to our next stay!

The location was perfect, especially considering how close it was to Seaside. The beach was also very accessible which was definitely the best part! Overall, the location & accessibility along with the cleanliness of the room made it such an enjoyable trip!

The apartment was great and exactly what we were looking for. Clean, new, baby friendly and the location was perfect with so much to do right outside! Walkable to nearby beaches & pavilions. Communication was also amazing, providing local recommendations and very easy to get in touch with.

This place had the most beautiful view! The floor and building are quiet and peaceful. Great location for finding fun things to do even off the beach. Dan was a great host and always responsive!

Eric’s place is decorated beautifully. The view of the beach is top notch and our kids loved all three pools! Being on the 3rd floor made it super easy to use stairs and not wait for elevators. Eric’s unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. I will say OUTSIDE of his unit, through out the condo, smelt like cigarette smoke, which we did not like. All in all, it was a nice stay and conveniently located to lots of good restaurants and shopping!

Staying at Kim’s place was wonderful! My husband and I were there for only one night, but I wish we could’ve stayed longer. I LOVED how the condo was decorated! It felt like a calming, peaceful, retreat. Kim is super easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place! Best vacation we’ve been on in a while. Perfect location. The place was amazing and everything offered was better than we could have ever hoped. We will definitely be back to stay here.
