Villa vacation rentals in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

We had a great time with our family here! The home was clean and exactly as described. Loved the pool area and how convenient it was to walk over. The beach was a very short walk as well. If I had a complaint it would be that the home didn’t have a broom and we requested one but never got one. But overall we loved it!

We liked everything, the apartment was well furnished, cozy. The territory is large, many pools. The beach is 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. The tram runs very often. The beach is large. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The hostess is very responsive, immediately responds to requests. Thank you, Tonya, for our vacation.

This house was fantastic. It was well clean, organize and beautiful view to the beach and even the waterpark. I would like to have a little more equipment in the kitchen, but overall a great experience and beautiful place.

Everything about this villa is just perfect. It is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean — so light and airy. You will love the shady oaks you walk through around the fountains and sidewalks that meander to the beach or to the tennis and pickleball courts. Jeff and his wife were very thoughtful of what their guests would need on vacation from thick oversized towels, quality appliances and bedding to a yeti cooler, beach chairs, and a wagon for you to use. This is a perfect villa for the whole family or a romantic getaway. The pool is super close but not so close you hear others, and the beach is perfect. Crystal clear water and sugar white sand. We will definitely stay again. We miss it already!

Beautiful views! Loved the fenced yard which was perfect for the dog, especially since the beaches in PCB are not dog friendly. The chairs at the end of the yard were a great touch. The condo had everything you could need. The place is older and could use updating in all areas, including the patios. The guest bed and pillows were too firm for my liking. Like many of the places at the beach you can hear foot traffic and cars outside at night from the guest room (master room gets the sound of the waves though - lucky!), but luckily this location has much less traffic than the east side. Beach not crowded at all which was great - good quiet location. Bathrooms were surprisingly nice. Hope to stay here again in future

Short walk to beach and a bike ride to food and shops.

My wife, son, & I loved it! We usually stay on 30A but decided to veer away from habit this time and stay over in Destin. We were on the 2nd floor of the villa and really loved it. Being able to walk to the beach rather than drive was very nice. The waterfront view was excellent. Our son loved feeding the turtles in the lake too! He also loved the pool. Jenna was very responsive and communicative, always helping when we had a question or need. We highly recommend & may book again in the future!

Location is great, near restaurants and malls. Airbnb was clean and as pictured. Private beach was the best part. The only problem was parking. The two spots can really only fit one car. We had to use public parking because there was problems with the neighbors cars being too close to each other. Also toiletries were very minimal, not enough if you’re planning to stay more than two days. Otherwise it was a beautiful trip and enjoyed it with the family.

Valentina was great to communicate with and everything was just as listed and very clean. it was the perfect stay for our mini family getaway. Everything was conveniently located and great distance from beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Cody's place was absolutely beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice! It was very clean, and smelled so good! The location was perfect, which made our walk to the beach literally 1-2 minutes! The beach view from the rooftop was beautiful as well! If you have anyone traveling with you that doesn't do well with stairs, please know that the kitchen and main living area is on the 4th floor! Cody was an amazing host! He responded in less than 5 minutes after receiving my messages! He's the best host we've used thus far! I rate this villa 10/10! If I could rate higher, I would!!

All in all was great, for new comers like we were perhaps explain better that beaches are near and that golf carts are common in this area to reach to beach

Fantastic, would do it again, directions to the beach are super easy after 1 day driving. Its soo fun on the golf cart. Would stay here vs on the beach again.

Fantastic place. Absolutely perfect for our small family get together. Everybody has their own rooms and bathroom. It was simply perfect!

Our family of 7 had a great experience at the Villa in Santa Rosa Beach. The villa was spacious and clean. We loved having a heated pool right outside our door and the 2 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. There was lots of restaurants, coffee and donut shops within walking distance! Having beach chairs and toys was also a plus! Thanks you for letting us vacation at your beautiful villa!

We had a great stay! The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The weather was perfect during our visit, which made being right on the beach even more enjoyable. It was so nice to be just steps away from the ocean. One thing to note—dogs aren’t allowed on the beach directly in front of the property, but there’s a designated dog beach just about 2 miles away at Pier Park. Overall, a relaxing and convenient spot. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay here was wonderful! The condo was everything we wanted and the host had great communication throughout the entire process. We will stay here again for sure!

We had 6 adults stay for a wedding for 3 days. it was an awesome experience! we ate at the restaurant by the beach, and I highly recommend the fish tacos! The only trouble we had was with the TV and getting it to work with the remotes. we caught fish off the dock by the bay, fed the ducks and turtles, and admired all the adorable tiny lizards in our foliage. Loved the use of the golf cart! We would definitely stay at this resort again. 👍👍

Sandestin is a class A place to stay. We always feel safe and welcome! The home was PERFECT close to everything. The golf cart was a super bonus!

My wife and I stayed here and it was such a beautiful location and condo. The host was very nice and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again!

The location was perfect for our family vacation and the golf cart was a great plus to the home.Both the beach and village were only a short golf cart ride away. We enjoyed greeting the turtles in the mornings off the back patio and everything we needed for the beach was provided as well. The resort was clean quiet and full of activities. I highly reccomend Renatas place and we definatley will be back. Both the check in and check out procedure were convienant and easy. Just outside the resort all kinds of shopping dining and activities for all ages were easily accessible. This unit was very clean and well kept.

Highly recommend! The place was so cute and perfect distance from the beach and baytowne wharf!
