Enjoy incredible views from our beautiful apartment on the 15th floor of Marenas Resort (900 sq. ft.) with direct beach access. Oceanfront suite, living room with sofa bed, toilet,full kitchen (dishwasher and washer/dryer). Hotel Fees: Resort Fee: $49.55/night ( beach service with towels and chairs, gym, and Wi-Fi). Parking: $35/night. Neighboring Construction: Possible noise during working hours. So far, we have not received any complaints from our guests! We look forward to hosting you!

Beautiful 907 sq. ft. condo, 3-4 min walk from the ocean. You are 5 min from Aventura Mall, a short drive to South Beach and to both Ft. Lauderdale and Miami Airports. Gulfstream casino is 10 minutes away. This condo is fully furnished with flat screen TV's, new bedroom sets, new appliances, good quality furniture throughout the whole unit. The building has heated pool, free WIFI in condo and free parking! There are many shopping nearby, coffee shops, pharmacy, banks, gas stations, restaurants.
