Vacation rentals with a patio in Sumida River

房東非常的友善。在我們一行人抵達的第一天早上，因為行李不算少，不方便隨身攜帶前往預定行程，經過詢問房東後，房東願意讓我們提早入住房間並放置行李，這對我們來說有很大的幫助。 下次如果還有還朋友的團體旅遊，我也會再次參考和選擇這間房間！

Numa’s lovely apartment is cozy, clean, had everything I needed for a short remote work trip. It’s located in a great neighborhood with tons of restaurants, cafes, just a quick walk away from Ebisu Station. Numa is always responsive and helpful during my stay. I’m pretty sensitive to noise so I wear earplugs when I sleep and didn’t have any issue

Parfait, logement très bien situé sur la Yamanote line, propre et correspondant aux photos. Proche du métro donc assez bruyant la nuit, mais avec les bouchons d’oreilles fournis nous avons très bien dormi.

Insgesamt sehr gut; lediglich der 4. Stock samt enger Treppe war herausfordernd mit Kind und viel Gepäck.

很好的體驗！入住當天比我們早到並幫我們搬行李，態度親切。每天還供應我們很多水以及洗摺衣服。而且位置很好，到任何地方都很方便。很棒的體驗，會推介給朋友！

Great location, anything you can think of is nearby. Quiet neighborhood, allowing for plenty of rest. Space was tight for three people with large luggage, but we made it work. Overall would recommend.

Very close, 10 minutes walk to the Akihabara area but in a very quiet part of town as well. Easy to find and access the place. Very safe and accessible to several grocery and convenience stores. The host was very organized and provided excellent communication. If you want a place that is close to everything yet quiet and clean, choose this place. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to this section of Tokyo.

Place was relatively big enough for 2 and location was great. Cozy and comfortable. It was equipped with necessary facilities for your needs. If you want to experience living like a Japanese, this is a good apartment to go for.

Hotel so easy to find, comfortable, private... strategic location, easy to JR sta, Metro sta, find food and anything...

We stayed with a big group and everyone was very happy with our stay. It was very clean, conveniently located near the train station and it was very peaceful at night. We highly recommend this airbnb for your next trip to Tokyo! The host was very responsive and helpful and we can’t wait to go back and stay again.

My friends and I loved the place. Close to the station and really yummy restaurants. Beds were comfy and the rooms were very spacious. Best sleep we had our whole holiday

We stayed as a group of 8. The living area was small, as expected, but adequate size for our group. The neighbourhood was quiet, with convenience stores and a good supermarket close by. The location was good, with multiple subway stations within easy walking distance. The house was extremely clean, and the host was friendly and responsive. As a bonus, the Torikoe Matsuri festival took place the surrounding streets during our stay (early June).

It is a beautiful and tidy single-family homestay. We spent a pleasant night here. The owner carefully provided the necessary supplies. The location is very good. The owner also helped me book the restaurant I wanted to go to. I am very grateful for her help. I highly recommend my friends to come again.

Our family of 7 had a great time here. The home has everything we needed and the location was nice. Kyoko sent the most thorough instructions ahead of time which we appreciated so much because it made it easy to know what to expect and when we got to the front door getting in was a breeze. The bedrooms had nice clean sheets, fluffy pillows, and everyone in our group talked about how well they slept in the beds. We never really used the downstairs area because everything we needed was on the main floor but it was convenient to have a private space down there with a separate shower and toilet. I liked how easy it was to open the windows and doors to let the fresh air in and to step outside. The laundry was great, the appliances were all easy to use. It's a cozy home and it has everything you might need for a short stay while exploring the city. Plenty of hot water too and lots of places to plug in to charge phones etc. It's rare to find such a unique accommodation; recommend 100%.

Staying at Ro's place exceeded my expectations in so many ways. We are a group of 5 (1 adult and 4 seniors) and we find the place comfortable to stay in. The house is about 6 mins walk from Oyama station, 3 stations aways from Ikebukuro, which is accessible to many trains and subways that can take you to different places inside and outside of Tokyo. The house is located near a covered shopping street called Ohyama happy road where many groceries, local stores, and restaurants are located. We felt like a local living in this area. The house is pristine clean, basic necessities were provided, and beds are comfortable to sleep in. The house is exactly what is shown in the listing. The place is easy to locate and they also gave us detailed instructions on how to find the place which we appreciated. Ro and her team responded to my inquries promptly and made sure we had a warm and memorable stay. This is truly a gem in Itabashi. Thank you Ro and JH for hosting us and we will surely be back.

Ryuji was a fantastic host. He was communicative and responsive and his apartment was perfect for us! The metro stop is a 2 minute walk from the apartment and makes it so easy and convenient to get anywhere in Tokyo. It’s also a nice stroll to the Taito, Ueno, and Asakusa neighborhoods. We were absolutely thrilled with the location. The apartment itself was comfortable (great beds!), very clean, and cozy but also incredibly inefficient in its use of space. It had absolutely everything you could need for a multi-day stay (like a Mary a Poppins bag in apartment form) and lots of extra personal touches and conveniences that Ryuji has included to make his guests comfortable. We loved our 5 day stay in this apartment, loved the residential-yet-central feel of the neighborhood, and loved Tokyo! Thank you, Ryuji!

Très bel appartement, un peu loin du métro mais facile d’accès. L’ascenseur dans la résidence est un vrai plus car voyageant avec une poussette c’est vraiment pratique. J’ai eu du mal à trouver l’airbnb et l’hôte a fait en sorte que je le trouve facilement. Petit présent à la fin du séjour délivré par l’hôte ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus appréciable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral mitten im Herzen von Shinjuku. Im Radius von 5 Gehminuten findet man mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Hauptbahnhof von Shinjuku liegt 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Für europäische Verhältnisse wirkt die Wohnung gerade so ausreichend für 2 Personen und ich würde sie nur für 2-3 Tage in Betracht ziehen. Der größte Vorteil ist die Flexibilität der Lage und der schöne Ausblick vom Balkon. Man bekommt eine reale japanische Wohnerfahrung mitten in Tokyo. Der Gastgeber hat alles Nötige für die ersten Tage bereitgestellt (inkl. Snacks, Kaffee und Saft!) und war immer sofort erreichbar. Wir haben zufrieden ausgecheckt und würden die Unterkunft als erstes Ankunftsziel weiterempfehlen!

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

Great place in a great location! The host was great and helpful. The bus stop is right outside and the train station is a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

Great spacious apartment in the kabukicho area. Very clean with everything we needed - air conditioning in all rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street just a block back from a more lively red light area. This is a fascinating area of Tokyo - it is seedy at night but not unsafe. It’s close to family friendly areas of Shinjuku. Would stay here again!

if i could give 10 stars i would!!! this place was not only accommodating but exactly how the host listed & described it. loved how it was very close to the station and so many food/grocery stores nearby. house was super cute & was easy to navigate. 10/10 would definitely stay here again & recommend!
