There is a convenience store, a supermarket, and a coin laundry within a 2-minute walk, and a public bath just a 5-minute walk away. Lots of taverns and cafes are just around the corner, and many are affordable and open until late at night. Even long-term stays aren't inconvenient at all. This condominium has an Italian and Spanish bar in the basement. If you have any problems, we will respond quickly! Equipped with TV, WIFI, fridge, air conditioner, electric blanket (winter only: stay warm even in mid-winter), hair dryer, towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, laundry detergent, hangers, hot water pot, microwave, electromagnetic cooker, glasses, cups, dishes, and simple cookware. Even though it's a small room, it is fully equipped. Shinjuku station is 3 minutes on foot, 7 mins by train, and Tokyo station is 20 minutes. It is a very convenient location. We renovated an old house that was originally a tea room for Airbnb. The architect is Saeko Yamada. It is a small space of about 10 tsubo, but it is a historic old house wrapped in soft and colorful light, and I hope you will have an experience that sharpens your various senses. It is a quiet residential area, so only those who follow the house rules can use it. There are many things that are dangerous for children, so we do not allow children under 13 years old, including infants. One room apartment. 20 min to Shinjuku

This is a general Japanese one room apartment. Basically for 1-2 guests. There is only a semi-double sofa bed. The size of sofa-bed as bed is 211cm ×122cm. If you want, I can provide a air mattresses. 20 min to Shinjuku station.(10min walk to Daitabashi station and 10min by train to Shinjuku. or 15min walk to Sasazuka station and 5min by train to Shinjuku.) There is a bus station almost next to this building and you can go to Sasazuka station and Shibuya Station by bus. 30min to Shibuya by bus

3 minutes on foot from Honancho station. Number 2 exit.( no elevator nor escalator) At 3A exit, there are an elevator and an escalator but little bit(3minuts) far from the apartment. From Shinjuku station, it takes 14 minutes to Honancho station by Marunouchi line. Some trains go to Honancho directory from Shinjuku or have to transfer at Nakanosakaue. Please check if a train goes to Honancho directory. This apartment is at the edge of a shopping district. There are many restaurants and shops.
