A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (for an additional fee) and a home cinema. We'd love to lend you our place. The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. This Studio apartment with its own terrace and fireplace is located on the outskirts of the spa town of Karlovy Vary in the quiet part of Olšová Vrata, about 10 minutes from the city center by car. Perfect place to relax from everyday duties and the hustle and bustle of the city or for a romantic weekend. For golf lovers, there is a golf course nearby. The surroundings of Karlovy Vary are surrounded by forests, where you can enjoy beautiful walks. It is also possible to get to the city center by public transport. The stop is 200m from the house.

There is a sofa in the living room, which can be expanded to a size of 190x150 cm and allows two more people to sleep. In the living room there is a kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, dishes. The apartment has wifi and two televisions. The bathroom has a small wooden sauna for max. 2 people. The toilet is separate. You are in the center in 5 minutes on foot.

Base camp

Hledáte klidné, ale dobrodružné ubytování v přírodě bez civilizace? Náš Base camp je vám k dispozici! Elektřinu ani internet tu nenajdete. BC, je naše chata na “konci světa”. Leží mezi Rybničnou a Pilou na Karlovarsku. Dřevěná chata má krbová kamna a základní vybavení. Po žebříku se dostanete do podkroví odkud můžete sledovat divoká zvířata a potok a krajinu. Před chatou je ohniště, lavičky a kamenná pec a potok. V chatě najdete vše pro zabavení se, pozorování lesa a napojení se na přírodu.

Tento zrekonstruovaný apartmán s historickým nádechem je obklopen přírodou a zároveň je pouhých 5 minut autem nebo autobusem od lázeňské zóny Karlových Varů. Apartmán se nachází v přízemí klidného secesního činžovního domu, kterému postupně navracíme jeho původní kouzlo a účel. Dům byl postaven v roce 1898 s cílem ubytovat turisty, kteří hledají léčivé účinky karlovarských pramenů a lesů. Je ideální volbou pro všechny, kteří hledají apartmá s komforty města, avšak mimo jeho ruch.

The flat is conveniently located just 2 minutes (230 m) from the main bus station and also to the Becherovka Museum (city centre). The 1st-floor, hight ceiling apartment has a simple, artsy atmosphere and it is located in a 140 year -old, neo-classical building. This is not a high end (luxury) type of accomodation! It consists of 2 completely separate rooms (bedroom and living room), kitchen, bathroom, hallway and small balcony. A bohemian flat loved by our artist guests.

The accommodation offers an equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathroom, two double rooms with the possibility of an extra bed, a family room for four people and a sleeping loft for another four people. The building includes a spacious garden and our farm pets. Driving distance to Marienbad and many other interesting places.
