We are renting our beautiful apartment in a newly renovated building in the UNESCO town of Karlovy Vary. It is composed of an open-space kitchen, a bedroom, and a children room. Located in a residential area of the town, it's a 15-minute walk from a mineral water swimming pool Thermal and the center of the town. A children playground is in front of the building and beautiful forests are a short walk away. There is an absolutely no party policy in the apartment - this is a residential building.

Leží mezi Rybničnou a Pilou na Karlovarsku. Dřevěná chata má krbová kamna a základní vybavení. Po žebříku se dostanete do podkroví odkud můžete sledovat divoká zvířata a potok a krajinu. Před chatou je ohniště, lavičky a kamenná pec a potok. V chatě najdete vše pro zabavení se, pozorování lesa a napojení se na přírodu.

It is a cute little cabin where you can find everything you need. The view into the garden and on cool evenings the fire in the fireplace are magnificent. From here you can get to the center quickly by bus or on foot (30 min.). We are very touched by the open-hearted communication with the hosts. Highly recommend.

The place is clean and modern with everything you need. It is also easy to reach from the center and close to the Saunia Thermal Spa. The host let us know when the apartment was ready so we were able to go in earlier. The only downside is that the apartment is next to a busier road, so you can hear some traffic noise inside.

The apartment is on the third or fourth floor and is only accessible via stairs, which can be a bit tedious for families with small children or older people. Due to the location right in the pedestrian zone, I would recommend the apartment to younger people. The décor is stylish and practical, and the many toys for the children were very well received by them. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, and I received quick and competent answers to my questions, which made my stay very pleasant. A suggestion for improvement would be to install blackout blinds, as the sun shines into the apartment early and woke us up. All around, our short vacation was great and we felt very comfortable!!

Luxury Downtown Apartment - Free Parking

We spent 5 wonderful days in the clean apartment and felt very comfortable there. The personal greeting/key handover was friendly and worked smoothly thanks to Google Translate. The beautiful old building apartment has charm, a very pleasant smell and is equipped with everything you need for 2 people (the fridge has to my delight :) a freezer for ice cream ) In our opinion, it is perfectly located - restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. are right outside the door or within walking distance, as are the bus stop. The spa promenade is a short walk away or by bus. The parking garage is about a 5-minute walk away - a big plus for guests arriving by car. Friday and Saturday there was a party downstairs in the bar, you can hear the bass, of course. But we were still able to sleep well. Otherwise, it is a very quiet, tidy house. This accommodation and hostess are highly recommended 🥰 We will be happy to come back!
