The proximity to Munich and the good S-Bahn connection (15-20 minutes walk from the apartment to the train station) in our town is ideal for trade fair visitors and vacationers. It allows them to reach Marienplatz Munich in 35 minutes. It is also interesting for employees of Krauss Maffai, MTU, MAN, who can reach them by S-Bahn in about 15-20 minutes.

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
