The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! The guest apartment "Am Kirchplatz" is a cozily furnished apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance. On over 90 square meters of living space, we can accommodate up to 6 people. The large west terrace with grill, accessible from the living room, is available for your exclusive use. The family-friendly apartment is centrally located at the church (church bells according to Bavarian tradition) in beautiful Obertaufkirchen, but still quiet with views of the countryside.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.
