Completely newly renovated & furnished 22 sqm/1 room apartment. There is a private entrance to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is also a small kitchen, with ceramic stovetop, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hair dryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, chests of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large double bed is also included. The large, extraordinary loft-like apartment is centrally located in the trendy Schanze and Altona district. Beautifully located in the backyard with lots of greenery. In addition to the relaxed bedroom, there is a large work/dining/living room with its own tea/coffee station , which is integrated in the entrance area. A large terrace with seating area offers space for relaxation. NOTE: Entrance is done and kitchen is shared.

Mitten in der Stadt im begehrten Szeneviertel Sternschanze - St. Pauli und doch sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse, mit eigenem Garten lässt es sich bei mir so richtig schön entspannen :) Fussläufig zur Messe und zum Partyviertel, zu vielen leckeren Restaurants und guten Bar's, diversen Theatern und Musical's bis hin zu schönen Parks die zu einem Spaziergang einladen, hat man alles vor der Haustür was das Herz begehrt.

Camper "The First"

We offer our caravan to all guests who love camping. The beach is 3km away,shopping and a pharmacy are 1km away. Two cheerful hosts with 2 dogs and lots of nature await you. The new wash house was newly built in 2021. (Hot water runs through a coin-operated machine. The coins can be bought from us). The caravan is a smoking caravan. You can also have drinks in our "smoking corner" with a cozy dart game.

Hi , The apartment is located in the most beautiful (at least according to some people - and by that I mean not just myself) district of Hamburg and only 5 minutes from Altona train station in a quiet, traffic-calmed side street. Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Alnatura, Rewe are a few hundred meters away and within walking distance - as are many restaurants, cafes and pubs. Regards
