Bett (1,40 x 2,00 Meter) + Klappbett (0,80x1,90 Meter). Das zweite Gästezimmer befindet sich auf dem Dachboden (1,80 x 2,00 Meter) + 2 Matratzen. Zugang über eine klappbare Treppe. Im ausgebautem Keller befindet sich ein Hobbyraum mit Tischtennisplatte und Hanteln (5-22 Kg), Yoga Equipment etc.

From the living room you have a wonderful view into the parish garden. The Mediterranean terrace is protected from prying eyes. A south-facing roof terrace invites you to linger. TAKE A BREAK

From this quaint, centrally located house you are directly surrounded by all the important places. Various cafes, restaurants, shopping, ports, cinema and museums surround you in this listed half-timbered house on 4 floors. The train station towards Hamburg and Cuxhaven, where you can be by train in about 1 hour at a time, is also not far away either. DOW, Airbus, AOS and the highway 26 can be reached in a few minutes. The holiday home called"Schnuckenbau" is just 3 minutes on foot nearby to the Nature Park Luneburg Heath. You will find bike paths and pure nature exactly in the centre between Hamburg and Hanover as well as Luneburg and Bremen. You look for tranquility, you'll find it here. The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.

At home between the horizons

The large, modern and very bright terraced house in Hamburg's "front garden" is reminiscent of a Scandinavian beach house and invites you to linger. Both coasts (Baltic and North Sea) with their beautiful beaches are 1 hour drive away. The nature reserve with a large playground, a super large new skate park and the Holstentherme are within walking distance. The A7 can be reached in 5 minutes. The airport north of Hamburg can be reached in 25 minutes.

Live in a stylishly furnished townhouse in Lübeck city center between Wakenitz (part of Lake Schaal/Ratzeburger See) and the old town - 130 m² to feel good. The historic old town of Lübeck, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is within walking distance. The location on the water is unique for the city center. You have to choose between multiple nature baths. The natural swimming pool Falkenwiese is just a stone's throw away.

We have newly renovated our house in November 2024 It is a spacious and quiet townhouse with four bedrooms on three levels with about 125 square meters. A terrace with garden and parking spaces are available. In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, bus stop.

Our vacation home has light-flooded, tastefully and comfortably furnished rooms and if it should be uncomfortable outside, the stove can provide coziness in the living room. There are 2 to 3 car parking spaces available directly at the house. A bread service is possible.
