In 10 minutes one can walk to the largest shopping center in Northern Germany, the AEZ and the rapid transit train station Poppenbüttel, from which one can reach directly the city centre. Also, the airport is not far away.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can take a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a playground for the children. Our location is ideally situated. Dear guests! In this over 120 square meter A vacation apartment in Over, Seevetal, about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to opportunities to enjoy nature within walking distance, you can reach downtown Hamburg in about 25 minutes by car. A bus stop is only 2 minutes' walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian Restaurants are about 1 km away. There are security cameras at the entrance area on the property.

The historic old town of Lübeck, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a few minutes' walk away. Unique for the city center is the location on the water. You have the choice between several natural pools. The Falkenwiese natural pool is just a stone's throw away.
