Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Private parking space and a terrace facing south, with garden furniture and barbecue facilities under the apple trees. The house is located in a garden and has no view from the main building or neighbours. 140 cm bed + a 120 cm wide bedding sofa. New bathroom and floors down stairs (2023). 350 m to bus stop or 1 km to subway. Several sandy beaches, restaurants, golf and other activities within 1-3 km.

Cozy and modern apartment with separate entrance located in the leafy and family-friendly neighbourhood Kyrkbyn in Barkarby. This accommodation is newly renovated, located on the ground floor in our house, with access from our garden. The apartment is suitable for three adults or two adults and two kids. The local commuter trains station is a 5-10 min walk away. Very close to playgrounds, grocery, shopping, restaurants, gym and nature reserves.

An outdoor patio area features a small table and two chairs, surrounded by greenery and flower pots. Soft shadows from nearby plants create a serene atmosphere. A separate entrance can be seen in the background, along with a fence that provides privacy.

Kitchen with dishwasher. In the bedroom double bed and a sofa bed that is made into 1.20bed. Very quiet area, close to both swimming, shops, cozy cafés. 15-minute walk to nice swimming jetty. Children are welcome to use trampoline.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
