It has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, an induction hob, a hot air oven. The bathroom with shower and washing machine. Quiet location in a pleasant residential area. 8-10 min walk to subway Mälarhöjden or Västertorp (by bike it takes 3-4 min). It then takes about 15-20 min to T-Centralen. Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.
