The apartment is located separately in a lake villa in a very peaceful neighborhood. From the studio, it is about 10 meters to the house's swimming jetty and 500 meters to Tyresta National Park. In the garden, there is a swimming pool and sun deck that is shared with the other residents of the house. Possibility to rent kayak and bicycle. Free parking on the property and bus connection nearby, about 1.5 miles to central Stockholm.

The calm in the forest

The accommodation is very close to nature. The wildlife, the access to the forest and the tranquility are amazing. At the same time, it is only 5 minutes, and you are on the highway to Stockholm (1 hour), Trosa (20 min) or Nyköping with Skavsta airport (30 min). The chance of seeing wildlife here is almost 100%, mostly deer. If you want to be sure to see elk, wild boar, etc., we can recommend a wildlife park on Öster Malma, just 20 minutes from here.

Welcome to my peaceful private guest suite with beautiful lake views, inside my rooftop home. Enjoy a peaceful retreat overlooking the lake while staying close to everything Stockholm has to offer. Slussen, the gateway to Stockholm City and many of the city’s most popular attractions, is just 15 minutes away by one of several frequent bus lines. From there, it’s only a short 5-minute walk to the charming Old Town, Gamla Stan.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
