Consistent natural materials in a stripped-down Nordic style that blurs the boundary between outside and inside. The house is secluded on a lake plot on the island of Tranholmen - a car-free idyll that is separated by a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. The island is reached by ferry (8 min) from Ropsten where the subway goes. In winter, there is a footbridge to the island.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A property with a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing outside the house, which has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. Nature reserves for walking and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our jetty can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Summer Cottage by the Sea

You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this house of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Welcome to our house with large terrace in south and sea view. The house of about 65 sqm is located on Tynningö, an island near Stockholm. The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. The Beach Cottage (30 meters to lake)

Mysig gäststuga som ligger endast 30 meter från Återvallssjön och med naturen runt hörnet. Stugan har en härlig altan med grillplats och utsikt mot sjön. Perfekt för två men det kan även ordnas en extra sovplats för ett barn. Här bor du bra med närhet till sjö, havsbad, golf och skärgården. Busshållsplats finns 200 m från stugan som tar dig till Stockholm/Slussen.
