Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

This beautiful, cozily furnished 76 sqm apartment (2nd floor) is centrally located and approx. 15 minutes by car from the historic old town. Bus lines 3 & 10 run every 20 minutes to the city. The bus stop is about 100 meters away. We have Wi-Fi. Free parking is available in front of the house on the side of the road. On the edge of a nature reserve in Bad Schwartau at the end of a "dead end" is our house with the self-contained apartment on the first and second floors in a quiet location. The apartment is furnished for 1 to 4 people, with up to 2 additional people sleeping on 2 armchairs. 2 baby cribs available Within walking distance are 2 playgrounds, public transport, bakery, discount store and downtown Bad Schwartau incl. cinema, restaurants, car charging station type 2 etc.

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The apartment is in the center of Bad Schwartau. The spa gardens and the forests are easily reached in a few steps. As well as the shopping (supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlor, restaurants). The Baltic Sea with its beautiful beach is about 9 km away and the old town of Lübeck with its historic flair is about 7 km away. The Holstein spa (healing power from iodine brine) and the Asklepios Clinic are also a short walk away.
