Our functional tiny house is located on the edge of a small courtyard, surrounded by horses and chickens. The large sun terrace, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior features include a sofa, dining table, 2 chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 m wide) and a small shower room. The apartment is located in the rear side wing of the old-town house, in a quiet lane. In the lower area of the open-plan studio, a sofa bed invites you to relax, and a kitchenette provides space to enjoy light meals. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area in the attic, where there is a cozy double bed; right behind it, you enter the small, modern bathroom. A cozy alcove above the bathroom offers another sleeping option for the more active among us.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink.
