It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

The apartment is located on our farm. Therefore, it could be that you occasionally become acquainted with "Allgäu scents" and tractor noises ;-) Our accommodation offers a double bed (180-200) and a sofa bed (140-200). Ideal for 3-4 people. In about 15 minutes' walk you will find the famous "Eistobel" or by car, for example, Lake Constance, Alpsee Bergwelt and Skywalk are easily accessible. The fully equipped apartment offers two bedrooms, a sofa bed and a crib. A well-kept garden and two parking spaces (one in the underground garage) are available. Austria can be reached in just 10 minutes, and nearby restaurants offer mountain views.
