The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The climbing forest and the flyline on the Unternberg offer additional adventure. Grocery stores, butchers, bakeries, restaurants and the train station are 15 minutes walking or 3 minutes away by car. Ruhpolding is also the perfect starting point for numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area.

Ein romantisches Himmelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein großes Schlafsofa (Schlaffläche 1,60x2m) im Wohnbereich sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.

With a lot of personal effort and passion, the apartment "Zum Lenei" was newly built in 2023. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother “Lenei” as a token of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus ensure a place of coziness. The large balcony offers a perfect view of the Chiemgau mountains and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is suitable for families, couples and groups of up to 6 people.

The 35 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the house on the outskirts and features a well-equipped fitted kitchen with dining table, a bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed), as well as a bathroom. It offers space for up to 3 people.

Dishes and cutlery, as well as cooking utensils are sufficiently available. We will be happy to provide you with dishes and dishcloths. In the bathroom with a shower and toilet, shower and towels are ready for you.
