During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Nice apartment. Proper amenities and groceries available as well as laundry detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher. The village is beautiful and the view from the balcony is incredible. Please note: apartment on the 4th floor without elevator. May be difficult for some people. Note: Specify where to dispose of the glass.

it was really an amazing stay at Hanspeter's place. The house is located in a very beautiful location. The house has everything one needs to stay comfortably. It was a wonderful place. Susanne was a very warm and friendly host, always easy to reach, we felt immediately comfortable. The view was wonderful and it was the perfect location for cycling. We really enjoyed our stay in St. Johann – especially thanks to Elfriede and Maria, who are simply great hosts! They were super friendly, helpful and always approachable. Whether a small question or request – help was provided immediately and you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The apartment was exactly as described – very nice, cozy and in a fantastic location. You can tell that a lot of love for detail is put into the work here.
