A special highlight: From the front door you can easily reach numerous mountain pastures on foot - without a car. Start your hiking or cycling tour through the Chiemgau countryside straight away.

House of Encounters at Lake Chiemsee

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

Eine kleine Terrasse, auf die sowohl die Morgen- als auch die Abendsonne scheint, mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie Holzkohlengrill steht Ihnen auch zur Verfügung. Ein romantisches Himmelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein großes Schlafsofa (Schlaffläche 1,60x2m) im Wohnbereich sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.

Experience the traditional way of life up close in our cozy 2-room apartment, which combines the styles of the region. The large window facade provides plenty of light and offers a magnificent view of the plateau, the Grassauer Hausberg, and all the way to the Wilder Kaiser in Tyrol! The large, covered balcony with lounge furniture invites you to linger. After an extensive mountain hike or a ski tour, you can enjoy a soothing break in the swimming pool or in the sauna.

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

With a lot of personal effort and passion, the apartment "Zum Lenei" was newly built in 2023. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. The large balcony offers a perfect view of the Chiemgau mountains and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is suitable for families, couples and groups of up to 6 people.

Summer apartment - with a view of the countryside

Spacious apartment, centrally located but quiet between the town center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new furnishings and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. We live in the house with two lovely dogs. On site, we collect the obligatory visitor's tax in cash: persons over 16 years of age: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15): 1 euro per night.

On the first floor there are a total of 3 double rooms - one of them with an en-suite bathroom. 2 more bathrooms are located in the Farmers Home.

Cozy attic apartment in Chiemgau with two balconies. View of the mountains or towards the sunrise – the choice is yours. The sloping ceilings create a truly quaint charm. A little tip: duck your head ;). Stylishly furnished, with a living area, separate bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Quietly located, surrounded by meadows and cows. Please note: 3 floors without an elevator – but the view awaits you at the top.
