Vacation rentals with a fireplace in São Paulo

I spent a week with my family in this home and it was very tasty!!! The house is super cozy, spacious, well equipped and surrounded by nature and quiet, precisely what we were looking for! Rodrigo was an excellent host, gave us clear instructions, very useful indications of nearby services and helped me with all the questions, always responding promptly. We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful weekend! Since the appointment I was very well oriented and attended by the hosts, in everything we needed were always willing. We even left a homemade bread on the last day! The house is very well taken care and equipped, very faithful to the photos, the condominium is a delight and very quiet! We made suggestions that were openly received, but were details only for minor improvements. Thanks to the hosts and we hope to return soon, we certainly recommend to those who wish to flee the city and have days of rest and quiet!

I stayed with my family, and we had very pleasant days. Spacious, bright, airy, extremely comfortable, cozy and clean house. Kitchen equipped with quality appliances and utensils. Very good barbecue. Communication with Lutz was extremely good, as was communication with Simone (homemade). In fact, Simone helped us with breakfast and lunch. Everything was great. Simone is very helpful, polite, friendly and attentive. I recommend it!

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house that embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back whenever possible!

I would like to thank Luci for providing this wonderful stay in Poços de Caldas, it was certainly one of the best days I spent, spectacular house, everything very clean, quiet, organized and sensational, I hope to return again. The house was so good that I didn't even feel like going out to see the city, but rather to enjoy the house, which by the way has everything, nothing is missing, I'm sure everything was thought of with affection and comfort for the guests, simply amazing. Best experience!

For those of you who are looking for a quiet place in Campos do Jordão, this is the right place. It is on a cul-de-sac, with easy access. Close to Capivari. The condominium is great, very well structured. The apartment is just like the photos, very spacious, clean and with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very helpful, always responding quickly. They left us several treats, which made us feel at home! A 10!

We had days of extreme quality in Mr. Fernando's apartment! Very pleasant environment, prepared in every detail, from the cordial reception of the caretaker Reginaldo to the wine and coffee capsules provided by the host. Therefore, I recommend it to everyone looking for a place with a perfect location, structured, clean and cozy. We'll be back soon!

The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

The house was exactly as in the photos, in a very quiet, peaceful place. Ideal for resting. It was super clean, with bedding and towels available, making it very practical. The house had utensils for everything we needed and appliances too! The view was beautiful and the house functional! The hosts were helpful and the communication was very good! The dream house is really a dream. It was two amazing nights. The rooms have a breathtaking view, the house has an affectionate decoration. Martha was very helpful and always responded very quickly. We hired a cook who helped us over the weekend and made our stay even more comfortable. The waterfalls are very close to the house and Paraty is only 15 minutes away. The pool was at a great temperature! We were able to enjoy the water even with an outside temperature of 22 degrees.

We went with a group of friends to ride in Campos do Jordão and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The house is amazing, very well equipped to serve several people! The place looks like a grandma's house, super cozy! The garden is also breathtaking!! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The house is not just a stay — it’s a mansion nestled right in the middle of a reserve forest. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown (if not better). It’s spacious, clean, and every detail is thoughtfully curated. Honestly, it was the best stay we’ve ever had. Just a heads-up — it’s quite remote, which is part of its magic. But it also means that if you forget something or need food or supplies, it’s a bit of a drive to the nearest store or town. So, plan ahead and bring everything you might need. Still, 100% worth it for the experience!
