Vacation rentals with a kayak in São Paulo

Second time we stayed in the little house, and it's always wonderful. The location is very quiet and beautiful, and the house is always very tidy. We will definitely go back again and again.

Unfortunately, I only stayed one night but I'd like to go back. It's a magical place. The accommodation has everything we needed and Osias is available and attentive to your needs. There is a kayak available for taking out and the house has a sea view with a pontoon to observe the Saco do Mamangua. I would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful and very nice place, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. Excellent balcony with hammock and great chairs to rest. A large garden that is great for the dogs. Barbecue area, clean swimming pool. The Internet worked very well and the interior of the house is very cozy. I recommend it!

The house is wonderful, and the view then? Amazing! But what impresses most is the quality of everything – pots, blender, coffeemaker, fan, air conditioning. All brand-new! I've never been in a beach house with such powerful refrigerators, or other high-end refrigerators. The house is well taken care of – no enclosed smell, and the beds are delicious. Because it is above sea level, less sea level seems to arrive, making everything more fresh and pleasant, even in the rooms with only ventilator. The structure is impeccable: great internet, TVs with all apps, working bathrooms and even the smelly rest network. The swimming pool and the kiosk are in another plot, need to cross the alley, which calls for a logistics with food, but it doesn't spoil anything. Dica: Access requires a robust car. It doesn't have to be 4x4, but a hatch can struggle. We went from Duster and demanded attention. Ana is a phenomenal host, sending everything in advance and organization. Very polite and requests. We'll be back!

Wow! What a stunning paradise. From the beautifully landscaped yard to the excellent craftsmanship of the home, this place is perfect. Whoever designed and built this home really knew what they were doing. You really do have a near private beach just steps from the front porch. Our favorite part was just sitting on the front porch enjoying the sounds of nature with coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. Late May/early June is a great time to visit. We didn’t need to use the A/C once during our visit. Everything is well thought out, from the beach chairs, towels and sand castle toys to every piece of stemware and kitchen utensil you might need in the kitchen. Also, the town of Paraty is just a 15min drive away with lots of shopping/dining options. And the host, Angela, in the 15 years my family has been renting vacation properties, is the best host I’ve ever worked with. She was extremely responsive and arranged so many details and all our activities. Excellent!!

camilla is an excellent host and was proactive from the outset. As soon as the reservation was confirmed, he called me by message and sent a manual with all the important information and tips, making himself available even weeks before the scheduled date. the house is great, like the photos. and super well-equipped, with utensils and bedding clean and well cared for. i ended up suffering a small accident on the first day - the network crashed - and both she and her husband were extremely cared for and willing, immediately making herself available to help with whatever was necessary; even making a point of passing through the house to see me and making clear the repairs that would be made for nothing like being repeated. it was a quick weekend, but it allowed us some rest. and the dogs loved the garden/ grass space available to run and burn energy ;-)

Located about 25 minutes from the historic center of Paraty, the house offers the ideal balance between tranquility and easy access to the city. Every minute of the journey is worth it to live this unique experience. The house is charming, cozy and very well equipped, ideal for two adults. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A distinguishing characteristic is the items available, such as umbrellas, kayaks to explore the river and even bicycles. And you can't help but praise the host Guto! He is extremely attentive, kind and helpful. In addition to responding quickly, he also offers great tips on tours, beaches and restaurants. Definitely a place to recharge and fall even more in love with the Costa Verde. I want to go back already!

I stayed with my family at Luciana and Matheus' house for 3 days and despite the weather, we loved our stay! The house is simple, but it has everything you need to cook and enjoy life. We took the kayaks and crossed the Saco to visit several beaches, it was really a unique experience! Communication was always very good and simple too, thanks for hosting us 😉

The ranch and the condominium are very beautiful, an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The house is very comfortable and complete. Mr. Agnaldo gave us clear instructions for check-in, which made it a lot easier. The only point of attention is that there are many ticks, not only on the ranch but in the entire condominium. Even so, we'll be back more often!

Great peaceful location in the woods! This location is best for people that don't have a problem walking a but more to get back to their rental because it is a bit further than the main area and you have to climb a few "homemade" stairs in the dirt and rocks. However, you feel really at peace in the woods and the host is simply the best host and human being you can meet ; She is incredible and that's what makes this place simply irresistible! She will help you with everything and anything you may need, from restaurant recommandations, to Hiking trails and even how much you show pay for different activities!

A place of healing, inner silence and expansion! D.'s care is remarkable. Julia with every corner of the space. We had the company of docile animals, birds, lots of nature and various activities that Vila Verde provides. The cottage we stayed in is fully equipped, it even has an air fryer and all the kitchen utensils. We are delighted, D. Júlia is very attentive, generous and helpful. The place is wonderful!! There are 2 lakes where we swam and did stand-up paddleboarding. The house is very comfortable, great bedroom and bathroom, equipped kitchen. My dog had a lot of fun, I recommend it for anyone with a pet.
