Villa vacation rentals in Rio de Janeiro

The house is great, very well maintained and cozy. From the initial contact, Angela cleared up all questions and was very kind. The hosts are very receptive, the check-in and check-out were smooth. Communication with them was great, thoughtful and they even left a warm cake to welcome us. The house matches the listing, has a good layout of the rooms and great cleanliness. The kitchen was fully equipped, air-conditioning and internet work well. The location is a little further from the historic center, but nothing that prevents or makes it impossible. It is close to the stills region and is 4 km from the historic center.

Amanda and Dhino are very attentive and flexible with check-in and check-out, the beautiful house is better than photos, the perfect pool to spend the afternoon and the patio is very cool and pleasant. The location is a little removed from downtown, but for the tranquility of the stay, it's perfect 👌 10 minutes walking to the beach and 15 minutes to the supermarkets. Good Uber connectivity and public transportation within 5 minutes. When I return to Buzios I stay there again.

Before we arrived, André was already guiding us and giving us various information and tips about the house, the beaches and the city. The host's attention, promptness, proactivity and affection with the guests were differentiating points in our stay. The weekend was excellent. There were 12 of us (from children to the elderly) plus a pet and André's house served us perfectly. Full kitchen, bedrooms with linens and pillows, clean bathrooms with toilet paper and soaps, all very clean and organized. Very practical and complete gourmet area. The outdoor area has several fruit trees, too bad the fruits were still green lol. The house offers card games, frescobol, badminton, dominoes and billiards. The pool is great and is always cleaned by Mr. Luiz. The location is very good, 5 minutes from Itaúna beach, a few meters from the lagoon, bakery and restaurants. My family was delighted.

The space matches the photos and Kátia was always very requested, quickly answering any questioning. Well located environment, quiet and safe to leave a car on the street. There are many restaurants nearby as well as a mall next door.

The Estate was wonderful. Very attentive Sarah. Nice place, full of life, peace, I've never seen the same. Clean pool, heated water. The local staff always attentive and polite. I will be back for sure!

Paulo is always a great host and access to the house is very easy and safe. Although everything is excellent, the surroundings and neighbors, even if they don't mean to, can see the apartments and make a lot of noise. We are a large family with some members living in the US, some in Canada, some in Niteroi and some in São Paulo. As a group our ages range from 4 to 74. This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had. Everything exceeded expectations, from the house itself to the ease of dealing with very friendly and generous hosts. The very short walk to the beach means that several of us went for a stroll or a quick dip in the ocean several times a day. The beach scenery, which can be uniquely appreciated from the third floor of the house is spectacular. The house is large, clean, fully air conditioned and extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent. I have no hesitation in giving this experience the highest recommendation -- we will definitely come back!

Good place for the price. Internet mostly reliably. Maybe not ideal for long stays if you like to cook. Very peaceful. Shower is hot. Bed has a thin mattress. There are quite a bit of insects and little lizards so if that isn’t your thing this might not be for you. Regis was an excellent host. Going out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and even helping me with some personal matters. He truly cares about your stay. Neighborhood is peaceful. Very close to restaurants and a supermarket. No problem getting Ubers at any time. Overall I enjoyed my stay but probably better for short stays

The house is beautiful, and Angra is an amazing place! It is very comfortable to go in a group, as it allows you to be in a group, but, in turn, have some privacy. The property has 2 2 houses with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. A house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a nice quincho. The last house has a upstairs bedroom and bathroom, and a living room, kitchen, toilette and gallery downstairs. Those 4 houses are complemented by a building that has a wide gallery and the main kitchen. Every room has a spectacular view! The only thing to note is that to access all the houses there are stone stairs, some quite long. Not recommended for people with limited mobility. The house is from an architect who spends a lot of time there. This is noticeable in every detail of the decor, furnishings, lighting, and design. The house does not have a pool or electric generator, which in Angra can be useful. Jhonny, Carla and Claudia are very kind and helpful.

Amazing, worth going !

The service provided by the person who looks after the house was impeccable, attentive, helpful and very competent. The house is 100% bright and functional, and it's at the foot of the beach. Everything is perfect and I'm not exaggerating. Brazil is beautiful and much of that is because of its people. Ferradura beach is always protected from the winds of the four quadrants, so you can swim without problems on its beach.

The house is divine, super comfortable, an incredible view, the location is 100 points, we walked every day to Rua das pedras, Cida was a sweetheart, she was super attentive, in short, super RECOMMENDED!

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

Alexis is one of the best airbnb hosts I've come across, extremely attentive and helpful and always there for us when we need help with anything. Staying in Villa Alexandrino is a dream - such a unique location, feels like living in a castle. We hired additional services such as breakfast and a barbecue, and everything was perfect as well. Alexis and the rest of his team here made sure sure we had an incredible time. Unforgettable trip!

Cinematographic house. Wonderful outdoor area and functional indoor areas decorated in very good taste. The support team was sensational, providing everything we planned impeccably. A special mention to Gabriela, always available and making everything easy to accomplish. The only point to comment on was the lack of air conditioning in the two main rooms, as we caught an extremely hot period in Rio. But since there is a smaller room with air-conditioning, it did not affect the stay at all. I highly recommend the space!

Wonderful accommodation! The house is super comfortable, well equipped with all the utensils needed for everyday life, which made all the difference. The location is excellent, close to the beach, ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy the coastline. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived. Matteo's house is even better than the photos, we were in 5 adults and 2 children, all with the necessary privacy, clean bathrooms, delicious baths, great beds! The outside area is delicious, you don't even want to leave the house! Mto good pool, clean and all in a condominium with great infrastructure! Ronaldo who welcomed us, gave many tips and was extremely requested! Note 1000 for communication with the owner and his friendliness tb! The house is a delight, very well equipped and cozy. Zetti and her Zé are very friendly and helpful. The outdoor area is very nice, a large swimming pool and space for barbecue. The house is very faithful to the photos. We went to a wedding and Luiza was always very helpful, even before we closed the house. Due to the rains, we ran out of power and water for a period, but airbnb helped us.
