The site of the host Hugo is large, quiet and well equipped. The house has appliances and various utensils. We were only four people, but all rooms and beds were arranged with sheets and towels, ready to welcome the maximum number of guests from the listing. On sunny days, the pool is wonderful, as is the barbecue area and the freezer, which provided us a lot of leisure. We were very well received by the homemade Marcelino, who gave us all the necessary support for a pleasant Carnival holiday. The site is located near Estrada Real, and the route to Tiradentes takes approximately 15 minutes. We were by car and we went every day to enjoy the quiet Carnival of the historic city. For those who seek peace and leisure, Hugo's accommodation offers this very well, especially for the various birds of the place, which make the environment even lighter.

Clean space, contact with incredible nature, wonderful stay!! we will return more times.. and the massage, anyone who can do it, awesome!

We had a great night at the chalet with my wife, my parents and my in-laws. The place is very cozy, well maintained, clean and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, and the house is super-equipped. Alexandre was very helpful and attentive, made us feel very comfortable and responded whenever we needed. Check-in was smooth and the stay was super pleasant. I highly recommend it for those looking for a moment of rest in comfort in the middle of nature. We would definitely come back!

What an amazing place! My wife and I loved the stay. Everything is perfect, from the house itself to the rural environment in which it is located. Special thanks to Jeff for all his hospitality. It was worth every minute!

I went with my boyfriend to spend the weekend and we both loved it! I 100% recommend it if what you're looking for is to be surrounded by a lot of nature and privacy. Delicious cold cuts. 2 very cute kittens. Internet and TV also work super well. They respond quickly, so if you have any questions just talk to them, they're very attentive. I was afraid my boyfriend would have an allergy (because he's very allergic) but everything was very clean and fragrant.

The host Gil responded quickly and clearly provided all the instructions. Access to the cottage was very easy and practical. The place is very comfortable and welcoming. It had all the utensils for cooking, a shower that heated very well, bed and bath linens, internet that worked well. The view is very beautiful, with abundant vegetation, nice noise from the crystalline river that passes through the property. They were very nice days and I plan to return.

What an amazing place! The house is from 1881, but it's super well maintained — it feels like you're entering another time. The house has a beautiful architecture, full of old details that have been preserved with great care. The furniture is vintage, and that makes everything even more special. It's the kind of place that makes you slow down and enjoy every corner. The river that passes near the house is a gift apart. You can walk, take a cold shower and renew your energy. And the surroundings are pure nature: there are beautiful waterfalls and the Itatiaia National Park is right there, with trails, mountains and breathtaking landscapes. It was a unique experience — perfect for those who want to disconnect, breathe fresh air and feel the living history. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was incredibly comfortable and ideal for a family. It’s very well-equipped with everything you might need. Waterfall is a plus. Highly recommended—we’d definitely love to return!

The place is wonderful and the cleanliness was impeccable. The chalet has all the necessary items for everyday life. We arrived super late, but Jessica and Lindomar were still super attentive about the check-in. Access is super quiet and we can easily find the cottage. Lumiar is great and we also took the opportunity to visit São Pedro da Serra... everything is very close! The hosts gave us a lot of leisure tips, and they were always very helpful and concerned about the well-being of the guests. 10/10

Letícia was a great host, very welcoming, responded quickly and was available to help with any need. The house matched the listing…the only thing I missed was a stove/coffee maker…there was no place to heat things…just the pool barbecue. Otherwise, everything was great.

We were in doubt between two accommodations and we chose Mr. Jáciel's and we did not regret it. The place is extremely beautiful, in person it is even more stunning. The house, besides being beautiful, is very cozy. It has everything we need, the pots are great, all the appliances work perfectly. Great shower, very hot and strong. The house and linens are quite clean and very fragrant. There's hot water in the sink, a wonderful fireplace. I advise you to bring food for the stay, but there is a grocery store nearby. Not to mention the kindness of Mr. Jáciel, who was very friendly and welcomed us with a treat. Good TV, it has Netflix. Excellent internet, no problem at all. It was a great experience. Just go!!! Our little dog was also very well received. The landscape is breathtaking, the most beautiful I've ever seen. But there was one bad thing: the day we had to leave... it was sad, but we had to go back to reality, back to the heat of Rio. Thank you for everything 😘

Clara's space is a dream. She and the family welcomed us very warmly and we felt at home. In the morning she even brought us some of the French toast she had made (and it was wonderful!). The surroundings, the view, the pool, it's all stunning. Impeccable cottage, beautiful decoration, excellent quality bed and bath linens and equipped kitchen. We spent a New Year's Eve full of peace and happiness. We will definitely be back whenever we want to recharge.

If you're looking for a place to enjoy nature with a lot of tranquility and privacy, this home is perfect. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. All very spacious and extremely clean rooms. It really has no cellphone and internet signal, but nothing that could ruin our days. It was great for relaxing and slowing down from the day-to-day rush. The waterfall on the property is very good and easy to get to. The housekeeper Marcos is very polite and helpful. Village helped us quickly with what we needed and in a very efficient way. We were commemorating my wife's birthday and we all loved it. We look forward to returning soon!

The house is simply perfect, I went with my family and everyone loved it, we were well instructed on how to get there, Mr. Moabe and Elaine, who are the caretakers, gave us all the support of where there was commerce, which I found very close, I loved the view from the house, which is from a cow farm, we were very delighted with the place, we even wanted to stay living there, the only bad thing was the heat in the last two days, if there was a screen on the window I could sleep peacefully with the windows open. I recommend that those who are going to stay take repellent, there are mosquitoes but not so much, and take a fan too, the house has 3 fans, but one ended up not working in the last few days and we took 5 more fans and even so we felt very hot at bedtime. We loved that the house's balcony has 2 hammocks and very comfortable armchairs, we found the house very complete and I'll be back soon for sure. I think to improve even more, it would only need an air conditioner at least in the triliches room

We were in a group of 18 people to spend Christmas and we all had an excellent experience at the site. Communication with Joana is quick and clear. The staff are polite and we'd like to highlight Mr. Edson, who welcomed us very warmly and was very kind with the activities. The facilities of the site are great, the gourmet area is a star apart, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen with all the utensils. We all had a wonderful time! The rain makes the journey a little difficult because it is still on the ground, with some holes in the road, but we managed by driving carefully. I suggest having a popcorn maker, we took ours, for rainy days and a movie at night and it was a success!!

We love the place. Very reserved place, quiet and very well cared for. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms. A super solicitous and cordial host. Casa with support because even if there are light drops it has a generator, with this, we did not have any problems. Have been many good days that we spent and we have indicated the place for new guests.

We had a wonderful weekend at Fazenda Maria Comprida on a family trip with 24 people, including children, and we were all very well accommodated in the 9 suites. Dear Roberta's welcome made all the difference, welcoming us with affection and attention from the very first moment. Staff are amazing: helpful, friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are comfortable, cozy and beautifully cared for. The surrounding countryside is simply stunning, bringing peace and beauty to every corner of the farm. And we couldn't help but praise the delicious food prepared by Tânia and Ingrid ,made with a lot of caprice and that won us all. We returned with a heart full of good memories and counting the days to return! Thanks for everything!

This site is spotless! Have been great days with my family in the “Serra” and I plan to return soon! It is a place with a lot of privacy, breathtaking view, possibility of numerous activities, and a river of crystal clear water passing through the property…it really is a wonderful place!! In addition, it has amazing homemakers (longing for the cakes of Eliane!) and always very helpful owner.

Our stay was perfect! The house is wonderful and super well-kept. Everything was impeccable! and we were lucky to find a wonderful person who is Aparecida and Silvio (her husband). Aparecida is an excellent cook and knows how to set a beautiful and neat table. Every day from breakfast until the end of the day she left the house beautiful for us. She was very thoughtful and attentive to us. Silvio solved everything we needed. In addition to being an excellent barbecue chef. Thank you Monique for everything! Your team is very good!

The stay was perfect!!!! Monica is a sweetheart, very available, concerned and cheerful. All its lightness is transmitted in your home, which is simply a paradise. Everyone should know at least once in their life! The Monica who helps in the house is also a darling. It was all 1000000. We will definitely come back and refer everyone.

Our stay at Vila Maria exceeded our expectations in every way. The place is beautiful and the house very welcoming. Perfect to relax and renew the energies. The housekeeper Benildo and the sidekick Fátima, always helpful and very friendly. We'll be back for sure!

We had such a great stay at Andrea’s home! The house is stunning and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Andrea was an awesome host—super responsive, always available when we needed her, and gave us some great local recommendations. Vanessa was a total game-changer! She came to cook some super tasty meals for us, tidied up the house, and was friendly and kind. She really made our trip extra special. The pool was perfect, and we spent a lot of time relaxing out there. We had 4 people, and the space was ideal for our group. It can work for 5 or 6, but it might feel a little tight unless you use the small mattress in the living room—it’s definitely doable, though! Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would 100% come back again!
