⸻ This was our second stay at Mary and Luiz's apartment, and once again we had an excellent experience! The location is simply perfect: close to Rio's best restaurants, Leblon's shopping malls and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. It is relatively close to the Gavea mall, where there are always good shows. The apartment is exactly as advertised — super clean, comfortable and well equipped. Mary is extremely attentive, always available to give tips on Rio and make it easier to stay in the apartment . She and Luiz also have a person who does the daily cleaning, which makes everything even more practical and enjoyable. Definitely, it's a place where we want to come back many times. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The accommodation is nice, organized and clean. The room is comfortable (although a little small), has a pleasant view of the park, a spacious wardrobe and a TV that has some movie channels. The bathroom is great and was clean, with an excellent shower and a spacious sink for products. The verano stay is inside a giant condominium, very familiar and peaceful. Easy to find. Check-in and check-out, done at the condominium reception, is quick and practical. On the ground floor, next to the side of the reception, there is a good and cheap restaurant and a grocery store with facilities. It makes life easier. Rio 2 mall is about 450 m away and has a supermarket, pharmacy and some restaurants. The host instructed the guest very well and usually responds quickly. Polite and communicative.

Simply great! The location is great, the apartment was clean, it has everything in the kitchen. Building with good structure. 24-hour market practically in the building. In front of the beach. Hosts respond quickly. It is slightly above average in value, but it makes up for it with the benefits. It only really fits four people, but it's very cozy. It's all complete, with iron, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, sandwich maker. The refrigerator freezes well. It needs more outlets, and the air is the "window" type, it makes noise, a split would make the experience perfect. I will definitely return.

Really really nice appartment. If your booking because you want to see the Christ redeemer from the living room? You cannot any more as there’s a huge building going up right in front. However you can see it from the lovely roof pool area and breakfast terrace. Theres so much more to see than that in Rio! Really safe, friendly staff, food all around. Walk to beach, pool on roof, breakfast served, gym down stairs. Living room ac was broken so it was roasting hot up there. Maintenance was called they came and fixed the bedroom ac. When it’s all sorted it definitely has to be the best air bnb on the block 🌸

The apartment is very well located in Ipanema with several grocery stores and very good quality restaurants! 2 blocks from the beach. Priscilla is really a great host, always available! The neighborhood and building are really safe, I loved my stay in Rio!

My stay was perfect from start to finish. The host was super attentive, responded quickly to all messages and welcomed us with great affection. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, organized, well decorated and with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed, and still quite quiet to rest. We slept very well, the atmosphere is quiet and the bed is super comfortable. Every detail was thought out with great care, which made all the difference. I felt at home! I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed. Thank you for everything!

Had a wonderful stay at Igor's place in Copacabana! The place was exactly as described, spacious, very clean, stocked kitchen, large bed, and a nice workspace! The location was great, only a 10 minute walk to Copacabana beach, and very secure. There were cleaning services included, and the security + cleaning staff were very friendly. Igor was kind and very responsive with any questions we had. Thanks for an amazing stay, would love to come back in the future!

the apartment is great, perfect location, close to the beach, market, restaurants, subway, etc. Everything is close. The building has a biometric entrance, which makes it much easier, and has a 24-hour concierge, as well as an exit and a pool. Perfect.

I felt at home, and with an extremely caring and attentive person around! Liane is present, caring and guiding with great clarity! The apartment is very nice, clean, brand new! The location is good, lots of things nearby and you can get around on foot! Liane also took care of precise directions on where and what to find on the street! Quiet stay, Eduardo was extremely attentive and always responding quickly to what we needed. Local dwelling exactly as described on the listing. The only disadvantage I noticed was that there aren't many restaurant/bar options around the location. It is close to RioCentro to go by app cars.

It's not the first time I've stayed at Promenade Soho, but it's the first time I've stayed in this apartment. I really liked the apartment, Regiane always responded quickly and helped a lot when I forgot my card inside the apartment. The flat is on the 15th floor, you will have a wide view of the city. At the reception we were well received and the building's garage is spacious.

Staying at Leandro's place was amazing. From the first contact, we already felt the size of his heart from here, we went to Arraial feeling calm that we had made a good choice. When we got there, we had an easy check-in, in addition to the kindness of letting us in earlier. The Flat is well equipped and very well located, very close to Prainha, which was our favorite. Everything very clean, bed linens and towels with a clean smell, everything very impeccable and unique privacy. We went to the market, which is nearby, bought everything we needed and cooked, enjoyed the hammock, the bed is wonderful too, and a good silence to rest. Leandro, we want to thank you for all the empathy, care, kindness and for the ride that marked us a lot. We want you and your family to be immensely happy. We appreciate it, we'll recommend it and we'll return to the Flat or any property you're ahead of. Thank you so much for allowing us to have this experience 🙏
