The Barn is in the grounds of our cottage and has been renovated to a very high standard, retaining it's beautiful beams and restored with oak flooring, marble work surfaces, Fired Earth bathroom, White Company bedding, under floor heating and industrial chrome lighting. There is a great pub and cafe in the village and lovely walks.

Short walk from the railway station. The cottage is ideal for a couple or group of 3. Being in town, there are daytime background noises of a a nearby laundry and occasional workman in the area but people don't generally find these a problem.

It is listed for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, both en-suite, but has an additional convertible bed settee, allowing a maximum of 6. The Den is a self- contained annex. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two king size bedrooms. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.
