Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

Centrally situated just over 5 minutes walk from Stamford town centre and main attractions, this stylish, spacious 4-storey house consists of 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, large kitchen & living room with sofa bed, 50" TV, as well as a mezzanine level area with sofa bed, desk & chair, & patio doors leading out to roof terrace. Other features include a dishwasher, cot, washing machine / tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and air conditioning and wifi throughout. All towels & bed linen provided.

Nestled away on the edge of the Meadows and river, you are only a 2 minute walk to all the fine eateries, quality retail shops, and places of interest, that this vibrant market town has to offer. It's 600 listed buildings and wonderful architecture are a delight to see. Burghley House is a 30 minute stroll away, and Rutland Water is a short car journey, offering water sports, cycling, bird watching and even a beach!

A charming 2 bedroom house, a few minutes walk from Red Lion Square. The perfect base from which to explore this Georgian gem of a town. Cosy sitting room, separate TV room, well equipped kitchen with table. Two spacious bedrooms. Modern shower room. Enclosed rear courtyard. As there are 2 flights of steep stairs (one without a banister) between the bedrooms and the bathroom the house isn’t suitable for those with restricted mobility. Logs are not provided but are available to buy locally.

Adventure awaits you in this rustic and romantic getaway. The hut is based in a very quiet location on the edge of Stamford town centre. All of your home facility needs will be provided including, air fryer/microwave/fridge/kettle/running hot and cold water/shower/toilet/hand basin/heated radiator/double bed, sofa bed and bedding/EETV and Wi-Fi. Free parking and private entrance through a gate at the back of the house. Extra amenities include - travel cot, blankets and dog bed and bowls.

A light modern 3 bedroom townhouse within a private development situated within a few minutes stroll to the centre of town. 3 ensuite bedrooms plus downstairs cloakroom. Added bonus of 2 private parking spaces. 2 large screen smart TVs. Wifi included. Located in an ideal area for walking to Burghley House or travelling and exploring the local villages and places of interest such as Rutland Water. Unfortunately we are unsuitable for small children and wheelchairs due to the stairs.
