The lovingly furnished apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a three-party house in Stade Kopenkamp with 2 sides of views over rooftops & treetops, quiet yet central. Whether the beautiful old town or the nearby idyllic lake, everything is within walking distance, also the train station & supermarket in about 13 minutes' walk. The charming old building apartment, newly renovated, is ideal for two or three. A sofa bed offers an additional sleeping space.

The holiday apartment "Ferienwohnung am Elbstrom" is located in Stade and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 75 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating as well as cable TV. A high chair is also available. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden, an open terrace, and a barbecue.

Ten minutes by car to the Elbe beach, a quarter of an hour to the idyllic Stade, a good hour to Hamburg - with separate access, private balcony and seating in the garden. Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk, yet the apartment and kitchen are state-of-the-art equipped (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher, etc.).

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Our 1-room apartment is fully equipped and really very nice. We look forward to seeing you soon...

Furnished apartment in a quiet blind alley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers

Heiko's Souterrain Studio in the Center of Stade

Small but nice studio apartment in the heart of the old town of Stade. 3-5 minutes walk to the train station and city center, in a quiet location and just a few minutes from the meadows in the Schwingetal. The medical clinics can also be reached quickly on foot. Free parking space at the house. This studio is one of the cheapest ways to visit our beautiful old town and offers a good starting point for trips to Alte Land.
