Loft vacation rentals in St. Louis

Ran and crew were amazing!! lots of communication, they were flexible with the check-in which helped us out a ton!! We had a fire alarm chirping and they immediately had the problem fixed. This is the second house I have rented from them and its been nothing but professional and amazing time. Highly recommend using their team for whatever you are doing in St. Louis.

What a beautiful loft type feel. The balcony was so nice with the view of the river, bridge, and everything else. Lots of cute shops just steps away. Plenty of parking and felt very very safe. Booked for a girl's weekend and instantly booked again for a few weeks away. Mike is amazing and you can tell he knows what people need to keep them comfortable.

We brought a group of 13 teenage boys to see the sights and go to Six Flags. It was clean, roomy and had comfortable beds. The kitchen was nicely stocked. It is very conveniently located near the Arch and has easy access to the highway and downtown, including Busch stadium. There is some street parking but it can be difficult to find spots nearby so be prepared to walk a short distance or to pay for garage parking.

Great space. Baseball and soccer are walkable, grocery store across the street.

Several cousins, my wife, and I stayed at the Cracker Factory and used the Eagle's Nest Loft as the gathering place for my late Mom's celebration of life this May. This was probably my 4th or 5th stay in one or another of Mike's Cracker Factory suites. As usual, Mike was a great host. Due to the unique reason we all were there this time, Mike was very helpful in suggesting how we might set up the Eagle's Nest Loft to accommodate our 29 guests and the catering crew. The loft was perfect for this function, with plenty of seating and tables as the loft is normally furnished, and plenty of back-up tables and chairs, which we did not need. The Cracker Factory is a great place to stay in downtown Alton, be it for a solo visit with an overnighter in the Piasa Suite, or as a place for a family reunion in the Eagle's Nest Loft, which includes two bedrooms. We went to a conference at the convention center in St. Louis, location was great- walking distance to the convention center, the hockey arena, Busch stadium and surrounding ballpark attractions- several restaurants within walking distance as well.

This location was a great place to stay for a bachelor party. There are plenty of beds and open spaces for the group to hangout together. It’s a convenient location to walk to the ballpark as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Taylor's loft. Very friendly neighbors. Would stay again.

Perfect little apartment for a quick weekend stay in the heart of the city. The stairs are long & steep inside as she warned us and that was no issue for us. Being in the city, there was motorcycle & loud car noise at times in the evening later than I would have preferred but I still got a good night’s sleep. We could walk to restaurants & felt extremely safe.

We thought this place was awesome. The space itself is really nice and spacious, and it has a great location that is walkable to plenty of spots. We would definitely stay here again!

The only complaint I have was the check in process. The instruction of how and where to check in was a bit frustrating. Host was trying to call, but never said they would contact me via phone. Parking one the basement was extremely tight, take a small car if you visit the location. Glad I answered the random number after a few calls. The rest of the stay was awesome! Very nice place, very clean, we really enjoyed our selves. We will visit again.

I loved my stay at The Cottage! It was very clean, tastefully decorated, and smelled so nice as soon as I walked in the door. It was perfect for my stay in St Charles while attending a conference in the area. The area is beautiful and there is a great coffee shop nearby. Other restaurants and park areas are within walking distance as well. I highly recommend Lindsay's place and would love to stay there again!

All and all it was good. The parking should have been free, did not meet my expectations.

Beautiful apartment with a very relaxing feel. A little tricky to find due to the unit number was not clearly posted but the hosts were extremely helpful getting us there and I’m sure it will be addressed going forward. This place was in an ideal location and very walkable to main events like the Arch, Bush Stadium also restaurants and entertainment.

Heart-stopping beautiful place: the visual art, every functional object as art, even the spatial arrangement of decor and furniture was eye candy! And it was as functional as it was beautiful! Stairs may be too steep for mobility-impaired guests. Parking in front has sign for no parking during school hours; John said that was the spot for resident parking. Since I didn't want to risk a ticket, I just street-parked on next street. Easy street parking. Fronting somewhat busy street; some morning traffic might wake very light sleepers though very quiet at night. The experience was overwhelmingly calm and beautiful. I will definitely definitely definitely be booking John's place again.
