Absolutely perfect stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host, Marie, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, providing helpful recommendations. Marie made Christmas truly special for our family. The communication was seamless, and check-in/out was a breeze. The location was ideal – peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Easy access to highways, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Matt was very responsive to any and all questions. How was very clean and had everything we needed. Basement games were fun for kids as well:) We're actually coming back next month and staying at one of his other properties. We're sure we won't be disappointed!:)

Absolutely Perfect for Families! Vickie and Nelson have truly created the perfect home for a large family or even multiple families. The photos and description were spot-on. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need—dishes and cookware were in excellent condition. The entire house was spotless and incredibly welcoming—it reminded me of my grandmother’s home, but with a modern touch. The beds were all very comfortable, and the kids (ages 13, 15, 16, and 19) were obsessed with the basement entertainment room. It was loaded with fun: board games, movies, foosball, an arcade machine, pool/air hockey combo, a popcorn machine, and a massive reclining sofa. We enjoyed grilling in the backyard and relaxing in the hot tub. The location couldn’t have been better—just 20–30 minutes from everything on our itinerary. Vickie and Nelson were wonderful hosts, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Truly a 5-star stay!

Wow! My wife and I were gobsmacked by how amazing this place was. The pictures did not do it justice. Was this way too much house for two people? You bet! And we loved every minute. The walkout basement with hot tub, sauna, arcade games and a lounge area that leads to a pond is a great place to hang out. There are plenty of rooms, many of them "mini suites" with attached sub-bedrooms and even an occasional sub-sub-bedroom. The surroundings are private and beautiful, the house was immaculate, the solarium is a lovely place to spend some time. There's a great deck (plus another one), lovely views, plenty of wildlife (including a wild turkey!) and the surrounding area is absolutely wonderful if you're into outdoor activities. The birding here is wonderful, with an incredible amount of long-legged birds, Wood Ducks, Mergansers, Kingfishers, and more just a few miles down the road, close to the river(s). We never realized how beautiful the Godfrey/Grafton area is - we'll be back!

The Villa was lovely for our 2 night stay. The apartment was very clean and the cute decor was a fun touch. Beds were comfortable, bathroom well stocked with extras. And of course I can't skip mentioning the outdoor pool/spa space, which was the icing on the cake. The hosts live on the property and were around, but stayed out of the way and gave us plenty of space. Many wineries are just a few miles away. This is a great space for a few friends or couples to stay.

This Airbnb is in The Hill, the Italian section of StL. Central to parks, downtown/games, museums, the zoo and Wash U… and of course great Italian food (and pastries; I see you, Missouri Baking Co). We did not order or want the extreme heat we experienced, but man we loved having that pool to cool off in (maybe another time hot tub, but you were redundant this weekend). This home has a lot of history, as does the neighborhood; Karissa helps you appreciate each. Great host and home. Yes, there’s interstate noise but it was like white noise to me, no problem. Highly recommend.
