Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in St. Augustine

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Kirsten's property. Everytime we go to St. Augustine, I look to see if it's available, sadly it's usually always booked, but for good reason. The place is spotless, comfortable, and great thought goes into staging the place with everything you could need. We come often and I will always continue to try and stay here. Amazing!

Stan’s apartment was so comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated. Towels and bedding were very clean and soft. The whole place was super clean. Just one block from the beach and right by coffee shops, bars and food. An easy walk or drive to everything.

We have stayed in 2 LaTorre Fratelli properties now and both were fantastic. This one was located in historic downtown and walking distance to everything. Loved the bathroom sink idea and I’m stealing the idea for own remodel. Kali, Dru, & Raman are awesome hosts. Their properties are very nice and they’re quick to respond. We will stay at one of their NJ properties next as we love visiting the city. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome stay at the apartment, just as described and close to the historic center. Wonderful amenities and very responsive host! Definitely would recommend A++

Heidi's place exceeded out expectations! It was so nice to have the sand toys and wagon but also toys and games inside for my granddaughter to play with. We bought groceries from the Publix (walking distance ! ) and fixed some meals at the house and there was not one implement that we needed that wasn't there. The porch was great to sit out on and such an easy walk to the beach. It was perfect and we loved it!!

What a great stay! Hosts were very responsive and clear with instructions. It was great to have laundry and enough towels provided for the stay. Complementary soaps and shampoos were appreciated. It’s a nice, quaint spot! 5 minutes from the Old town trolley tour and tons of restaurants. Would rec to others :))

Overall 5 Stars. Fantastic unobstructed view of the ocean and literally just steps to the pristine beach. Place was super quiet, safe, and clean. Great for a weekend getaway. Advice for future guests (not to be taken as criticism to the host): Bring bug spray. I wish we were better prepared for the sand flies on the balcony (dusk/dawn & night). Bring your own beach gear (beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella/tent). I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had an amazing stay at this Air BnB in Saint Augustine! The place was clean and beautifully maintained with an old Florida feel/charm—very cozy and quiet inside, perfect for relaxing; very cozy on the outside with back porch and fenced in yard. The location was ideal, just minutes from historic downtown and close to everything you might need. What really stood out was the host—absolutely fantastic in every way: incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. This was easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had to leave early to beat a major storm in the midwest, we managed to evade it but showed up way early. We were all exhausted but had about 8 hours till check in, we texted Sally at a Buc-ee’s at about 7:30 am and she replied not even five minutes later. Luckily the house had been cleaned the day prior and got an expedited check in. She was an excellent host with clear instructions for checking out and made the trip all the more relaxing and memorable. we had neighbors but we never really knew I thought there had to be a sound barrier of some kind. I would definitely pick this spot again, its a gem.

A perfect spot for our family vacation! We loved the house, the pool area, and the proximity to the beach and St Augustine’s downtown.

This was the perfect place for two travelers! There was a dedicated parking spot, very private, and the perfect amount of space. The place was very clean and cozy. It was walkable to many locations like shopping, restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again!

The stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything we needed was provided. The home is absolutely beautiful. I love the bright colors. I have admired sticks furniture art for many years and enjoyed seeing all the vibrant colors and all the artwork in the home. If you appreciate handmade art, you will absolutely love this Airbnb. I can’t wait to return to one of their properties for another stay.

We found the house to be clean, cozy, and comfortable for the four adults staying. Easy access and parking. The location was great for visiting attractions in St. Augustine, with many being within a reasonable walking distance. The house is well-equipped for relaxation and meals when not out and about. The bikes, beach gear and board games were a real bonus. The hosts were helpful and responsive.

We had a great stay. The condo was lovely, clean and beautifully appointed. Our host was very helpful and communicative. We loved the area and the property overlooking the gorgeous pool. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

We enjoyed our stay at Nicki’s apartment in the St. Augustine area. Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood and the pool was great. Very clean and quiet building and helpful instructions for getting in. It worked well for us as we have family in the area. Would definitely stay again.

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

Great spot close to the beach! About a 6 min walk, there are two pools in the complex which is nice as well. Squeaky clean and very detailed intrusions for check in and check out

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

overall, this location was beyond what I expected. The host is phenomenal, and they met the needs of my stay and provided all the essentials you typically don't find at most homes and most importantly very clean. I definitely plan to visit again and love that the host provided a booklet of activities and restaurants in the area for those who may not be familiar with the area. I'm glad I choose to book and couldn't have been more happier to have such a great short vacation at this location.

We had a wonderful stay at Jordan's place. The place was comfortable, clean, quiet and had lots to do within walking distance. We will definitely be looking this place up next time we are in the area.
