Family-friendly vacation rentals in St. Augustine

Jeremy’s place was everything we wanted! Incredibly clean, had everything we needed (even had snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us after our 10 hour road trip). Incredibly easy access to a peaceful beach and tons of cards games and board games for downtime at the condo. He was responsive and very friendly to any and all questions we had. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

We ended up booking Dalerie’s place at the last minute due to a rental that did not meet our needs due to a recent surgery. Dalerie was quick to respond to our request and the place was perfect for our family. We had an 11 month old along so the availability of a highchair and the large space for us to move around was a huge win. Her house was stocked appropriately for things for the beach as well as the kitchen. The pool was a must as we have a four year-old granddaughter who loves to swim. It was the perfect opportunity in the afternoon to burn off some more energy after the beach before we went to one of many yummy places nearby for dinner. The screen porch is lovely! And her location in Vilano Beach is terrific. If you want to walk to the beach it is easily accessible down the street. We prefer Porpoise Point beach in order to drive with all our stuff and it is 5 minutes down the road. I highly recommend this rental!

Erin’s place was immaculate, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that made it feel just like home. She thought of everything, providing thoughtful extras that enhanced our stay and created a truly stress-free and enjoyable retreat. We appreciated the abundance of extra blankets and pillows, several beach towels, and pantry essentials like condiments, cooking oil, sugar, coffee, tea, and spices. Erin also supplied paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of cleaning products. We loved the use of cotton napkins to reduce waste and enjoyed the vibrant Fiesta dinnerware. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the landscaping offered us privacy to fully enjoy the lanai and pool. Erin was responsive to all my questions, making our stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway!

This is the second time we stayed at this amazing property. It’s quiet and close to so many things. Pet friendly in most areas. Our puppy was super happy to be so close to the beach. The hosts responded almost immediately every time and honestly are so sweet. This is now our go to place for a quick weekend trip! Thank you so much!!!!

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

Matthew's condo, located in Butler Beach, on Anastasia Island was a short drive to some great locations including St. Augustine Old Town, a great place to spend time, beautiful Anastasia Island State Park and much more. We took a sunset cruise in the bay, toured St Augustine, played mini golf and had plenty of beach time. Comfortable accommodations, had most everything we needed. Must have a car to enjoy the area. Great stay ll in all. Glad we came down in April, wasn't terribly crowded.

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

Brenda, was extremely responsive and attentive. We had such a lovely stay in her charming home. The layout was perfect for our family. The location was top notch as well. Walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and sight seeing. We had such a wonderful time!

My daughter and I stayed for a week to celebrate her 21st birthday. Valerie's place was perfect!! It is in a quiet part of town but close enough to walk to everything!! Everything was super clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The shop downstairs is wonderful! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Very comfortable house. Nice backyard to hang out in. The location is great only a few minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The beach access is a short walk. Only a few people use the access we were there memorial week and had only a few people on the beach. We would stay there again. Great host.

I am so very thankful for my stay at this beautiful home. Everything we needed and then some! Absolutely, gorgeous. Made a nice meal in the kitchen as well. The deck is super nice. Chris and Evelyn are excellent host. I loved the bible verse in the sun room too! Felt very comforted by that. Thank you again very much. You made this an amazing weekend for graduation. Linda’s place is a super comfortable spot within easy walking distance to downtown and Flagler College. I would stay here again.

had a wonderful stay at Sonja's place for my birthday weekend!! exactly as pictured, very quiet and peaceful, super easy and walkable to the beach. not too far from downtown st augustine either :)

we love the condo it was very clean the bed was very comfortable we slept so well The Host Ray and Heather were great communicators we highly recommend their place and we will be coming back

The house is beautiful! It’s in a great location as well! It could use a deep clean but was VERY nice! The beds were also very comfortable! I wish there was better communication though! Definitely would come back!!

Given the need for an immediate relocation, Inga was very helpful and her home was just what we needed to enjoy the rest of our vacation. You could tell her home was cleaned very well and we felt right at home.

My husband & I stayed at Rachel's place with our dog for a few days. Our stay was fabulous. The house is adorable & very comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need. Plus, it was in a wonderful location. We were close to everything. Our dog enjoyed the picket fenced yard & the sidewalks all around the neighborhood for walks. Rachel was very responsive any time I sent a message & always very nice. I would definitely stay here again & would have no problem recommending it to friends.

Fabulous home and could not get enough of the view! Large private lot and quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the Fort, shopping, and top restaurants. Cannot wait for next trip down! Highly recommend.
