Cynthia's place was perfect for my trip. The waterfront and dock offer a great view of the river. The area is a hidden gem of small restaurants and waterfront watering holes. The room is cozy and comfy. Cynthia is very accessible for answering questions. I would highly recommend a stay.

Holly’s place was lovely. All the amenities. Great shower pressure and soft bed! Super clean and relaxing balcony! Gorgeous giant trees with moss and landscaping.

The sea turtle cottage is absolutely perfect for a beach getaway. The host is extremely nice and was available if needed. The ocean is just a few steps thru the back yard onto the walkway that deposits you directly onto the pristine white beach. No dunes to walk thru, just a few stair-steps. The cottage is quiet, updated, clean and tidy with a very comfortable king bed. Plenty of towels and linens, toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen. It rained a bit during our stay, plenty of dvd movies, tv and books kept us occupied. There are restaurants, shops, gas and groceries nearby. We even had a pizza delivered for a late night snack. We would definitely stay at the sea turtle again without hesitation.

My stay at Casa Luna was transformative. I stayed for a month. The photos do not do this justice, because they can't. Casa Luna feels loved, cozy, warm, peaceful, organic and creative. It's an experience. Its tranquility. When it starts to get dark, a gorgeous handcrafted chandelier comes on outside the window in the back yard, casting moving shadows on the walls and ceiling. This is one example of hundreds of beautiful considerations. Kathe has created a meditative, lush paradise in the surrounding yard, with various vignettes hidden and exposed and a deep blue tiled pool surrounded by fragrant flowers. There are healthful deliberations such as a bamboo cutting board, and filtered water pitcher. Passing a tortoise on a walk to the dunes/beach is a great way to start the morning. Oh, my dogs were also happy to experience Kathe's slice of heaven. I think they are still wondering why we left. And why we don't have little lizards to chase. Or, an ocean... Thank you Kathe

Second time staying here, last time was just about a year ago. I love it SO much, I had to stay again. Jerri is very sweet and always communicates, responding in a quick manner. We appreciate her hospitality for our family again!!

We stayed here for a wedding at Washington Oaks Park, so the location was perfect. The space was perfect for my partner and I. We enjoyed the wildlife, turtles on the road, a deer in the front yard one night, and a cardinal nest literally right on the front patio. We had just one request for a clothes iron, and Dub and Sheila responded right away and let us borrow theirs. All in all, a great little bungalow made for a perfect stay in Palm Coast.

Great location! Quiet, safe neighborhood. Just a short walk and you are on the beach! Minutes from St Augustine.

This was my 1st time in St Augustine. I travelled with my partner for Memorial Day Weekend to enjoy the city. The location was perfect, walking everywhere just minutes away from Historic downtown. The Airbnb was spotless, great parking. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to St Augustine.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want the ability to walk all over town. We came in on Thursday and left Sunday. Didn’t have to drive once to go anywhere.

Rebecca’s guesthouse is a great place to stay. It was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. It had plenty of amenities. The air conditioning worked very well , and the ceiling fan was nice for warm blooded people like me. The guesthouse is really close to Buccees and close to our daughter. It is a great location.

Once in a while on your travels you come across people who understand customer service. David and Amanda are the opitomie of customer service. Our stay was very briefly interrupted by an air conditioning problem. It was later in the evening and David responded right away and spent over on hour fixing the issue to ensure our comfort. That is customer service. Machines break and it was totally understandable. Very clean place with everything you need. Short walk to Butler beach, just a great experience.

Exceptional stay! This recently remodeled space is spotless and beautifully decorated. Erin is an amazing host - super responsive and went above and beyond when I coordinated flower delivery for our 17th anniversary surprise. The one-bedroom layout is spacious and smartly designed with comfortable beds and efficient mini-split ACs. Thoughtful touches like wireless chargers and USB outlets show real attention to detail. Light switches are even labelled! The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped with everything you need, plus a stocked coffee maker. Extremely quiet location separate from the main house with a lovely pool next to it. Way better value than pricier hotels! This is exactly how Airbnbs should be run - it's actually inspired me to consider hosting myself. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The cottage was very clean and had been stocked with incidentals for a comfortable stay. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend Rocibe’s place for your next vacation.

Tim’s guest house was perfect for our weekend stay in St. Augustine. The two of us plus our small dog were comfortable and enjoyed how easily walkable the location was for dog walks and getting into the main areas in town. We loved spending time out on the porch and found the accommodations cozy.

Our state was very well worth it. The cottage upstairs was very clean. I would definitely recommend for a couple awesome view right there on the beach basically

Cristina’s place was a great MDW vacation spot! Easy access to the beach which almost seemed private, to everything in Vilano area and a quick uber to historic district. Cristina immediately responded to any and all questions and was incredibly flexible and accommodating!

Kyle’s place not only gave me a place to get my work done, it also provided the perfect escape from everything. It was clean! Very cozy and comfortable. Close to everything! I look forward to coming back for work again soon! The hot tub was a nice touch and all the little snacks were great! Thank you Kyle! 10/10

I needed a place for my son to stay that was safe and clean. He fell in love with the home and asked me to let him move there. Great place and will add to my favorites for future trips.
